WATCH: Lindsay Lohan Cries, Says She Feels Like ‘Prisoner’ in Reality Show Trailer
Lindsay Lohan’s OWN reality show has its first trailer.
In the preview for Oprah’s eight-part documentary series, the controversial star says alcohol and parties no longer attract her. Asked if she feels like a “prisoner” due to media attention and paparazzi, Lohan replies, “Yes! All the time!”
The actress cries in a number of scenes, appears to confront her father Michael over some of his behavior, and is called out for her own missteps by Oprah herself. “You need to cut the bullsh*t, you really do,” admonishes the media mogul.
The jury’s still out on whether this project will help or hurt Lohan’s career, though she’s of course hoping for the former. In January, Lohan went to the Sunday Film Festival to announce she was starring in a new movie called Inconceivable. Production has yet to begin, and it’s unclear of Lohan has anything else lined up.
Of course, Hollywood frequently gives second, third, and fourth chances. Lohan has already had quite a few. It’s unlikely this will be her last one.
The show, Lohan’s longest television gig to date, premieres on Sunday. Will you tune into “Lindsay”?
