Dear Ms. Lohan – *slap face to wake her up* – reality checks.

1. Lindsay is not a unique or trademarked name, it is a COMMON girl’s name. (Common, get it)

2. YOU – young lady – are by no means known by just your first name, you are not Cher or Madonna. (At least they picked unique names) if someone says Lindsay to me I’d have to ask “Lindsay who? Wagner?” You definitely are NOT that important.

Ms. Lohan needs to get a life. The world does not revolve around her. Frankly, other than recognizing her name, I couldn’t tell you a thing about her. Even if E-Trade did have her in mind when they made the ad, it’s a parody and would be perfectly legal. As long as they didn’t use her likeness, there is no lawsuit. There ought to be some risk involved in people coming up with frivolous lawsuits like this. You bring suit and you lose, you pay for the accused’s defense. That might eliminate some of this crap. Her attorney ought to be banned for even considering this case.

I don’t think Lindsay is looking for attention on this one. I just think she might have misunderstood the commercial and she thought it was about her. But, she should have thought first before putting a lawsuit on E*Trade and just overlooked it. I would have.

Lindsay is not perfect people (meaning the commenters).

I never thought of Lindsay Lohan until reading this article, and I’ve seen the commercial quite a few times. If they were actually trying to refer to Lohan, they would have given the baby red hair or something that we know Lohan for. Lindsay is such a generic name. I don’t think she has a case here.
I’m not saying it to be mean, but I think she needs some self confidence. It must really suck to watch this commercial and think “Oh my god, they’re making fun of me!”

If you want to be considered serious put a serious number of $.
100 M $ is a ridiculous joke.
Remember what you said in the fake add of eHarmony about being alcoholic.
It is fair to sue them but don’t out of proportion.
