REPORT: Lindsay Lohan Being Stalked in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan is being stalked while undergoing rehab at the Betty Ford Center, claims a new report.
“The threat is so real that people at Betty Ford are taking measures to protect her,” writes TMZ.
According to the site, Lohan has been “receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from unknown numbers… Even scarier, the unknown person is saying he/she knows where Lindsay is staying and is watching her.”
As a precaution, Betty Ford is moving Lohan to another, more secure location.
