I have my doubts it will help her. I get the impression Lindsay really dosen’t think she has a problem so she’ll just put in the time and say what people expect her to say. I don’t think she’s hit bottom yet. Let’s hope for her sake bottom isn’t death like it has been for others.

It takes years of recovering + sometimes relapses in between. She would have to have in and out patient treatment. Treatment has to continued over a period of time and consistent.

and no, drugs are not the main problem.
Doing drugs is only a simptom of something more important for her.
Lindsay has serious problems to respect herself, which explains why she behaves in a temerary way living in a perpetual drama.
Forget the problem of relapsing, she has been quite clean lately, that is not her main problem.

I have to admit I was very hard on Lindsay before she went to jail. But now I wish her the best. I have a very bad feeling that this rehab won’t help her. Reports are surfacing about how ‘difficult’ and ‘strict’ this rehab will be. Sure! Uh-huh! Trips to Disneland, movies, manicures, and keeping her pets with her doesnt sound very strict to me! I’ve no doubt she’ll receive special treatment there just like she did in jail. And allowing her access to her prescription drugs sort of defeats the purpose of rehab. Don’t ya think? All will reveal itself in time. Either way, we’ll probably have many more Lindsay episodes to look forward to in the future!
