Lindsay Lohan: My Sister Ali Has “Never” Had Plastic Surgery

“Ali Lohan is only 17, but some recent pics of her make us think she’s already had plenty of plastic surgery!” begins a piece on HollywoodLife, which caused a slew of other sites to suspect the teen had gone under the knife.

According to HollywoodLife, which tends more to instigate than investigate, “Ali was photographed at a Beverly Hills salon with her big sister Lindsay on Sept. 6, and we can’t help but notice she looked like a totally different person from just two years ago! We understand she’s still growing up, but it’s hard to not make the leap and theorize she’s had some work done!”

However, maybe the site shouldn’t “make the leap and theorize.” Instead, the blog should do some reporting.

In an effort to sensationalize its story, HollywoodLife took one, odd photo from 2009 of Ali Lohan — when she was just 15 — when they could have just as easily taken another photo (below, right) from that same year, and there would have been less of a drastic difference between how she looked then and how she looks now.

Of course, she’s also now two years older, wearing more makeup, and clearly the teen has certainly lost a lot of weight during her budding modeling career.

    a) You’re going to take the word of a woman who SWORE that she wasn’t drinking, but then tested positive for alcohol the next day?

    b) There is NO WAY that her sister didn’t have some kind of plastic surgery. Even if she’s lost some weight, that’s a whole new face.

    c) Someone should go after Dina for allowing this.

    Why do “famous” people always think that we will believe the whole “weight loss, growing up, deviated septum, etc.” BS? The real deal…she had surgery at 17 and now she looks like a man.

    Is it legal or ethical to do extensive non medical cosmetic work on a 17 year old. That DR should lose his license.
    I could see surgery if she had a Defect, but not to change for a 17 year old’s job. A young girl cannot make such an adult decision.
    It appears she had both cheek & chin implants, nose job and is too thin

    I agree, her jaw line is completely different. Her face looks so thin that she looks sick. I don’t understand how any parent could encourage their child to look like this. Model or not she looks like she needs to see a dr.

    She doesn’t even look the same to me. Her face looks totally different. It’s like you’re looking at some alien version of her in the second picture. Puberty definitely does not change you that much. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had work done. I mean, look at who her sister is, or even her mom. It’s not like she’s had good examples of role models.

    this whole family makes me fucking sick, I really miss the old lindsey lohan…makes me so sad, I’ve officially given up all hope that she can make a comeback and that ali won’t follow in her shoes, dina is one of the worst stage mothers i’ve ever witnessed she has no shame as long as she can still make money off her kids…smh…and michael is all talk to the press but no action no wonder these kids are screwed up.

    I don’t care how you look at it: whether she lost weight or had plastic surgery. Being that she is only 17, I know many medical professionals that would call Child Protective Services (CPS) for neglect! If she is not eating, that’s neglect. If she’s over-eating, that’s neglect. If they’re allowing her to change her appearance (to where it looks sickening), then that’s neglect too!

    Shame on Dina & Michael Lohan for allowing their beautiful little girl to ruin her life, appearance and appeal.

    Just because it’s Hollywood or fame, does not mean she is capable of taking care of her self. Somebody needs to get Ali Lohan some help before adulthood makes it too late…whether she (or her parents) likes it or not. She needs help.

    Personally, fashion world hypocrisy aside I’m tempted to go and look for a few quarters in the hope that Ali will take the money and buy herself a twinkie bar (at least 300 calories right?) and a can of chery cola (all that sugar ought to convert to fat) to swish all those calories to the backside of her mouth, and hopefully against hope swallow everything so she can once again look like a human being.

    From the 2 pictures side by side,people will automatically assume she had plastic surgery!!!!! I don’t know who is to say, maybe she did or maybe she didn’t, to me her before picture is more appealing to the eye!! I have 2 teenage daughters and their appearance didn’t change drastically!!! I think the most dramatic change they was changing from preteen to a teenager!!!!
