Well, finally, somebody with some sense!! Good for the judge. Even though she got off easy as far as jail goes, maybe these strict rules will help her move on to a better life. What a shame for what she has done to herself and she should RUN not walk from her money hungry mother and news grabbing father and she would be a whole lot better off!!! They should have made that part of her probation, no contact with parents. Sad to be that young and have your parents spoil everything you have worked for.

That’s harassment! – The new judge is even worse! – Exactly when has she served her time?!

Psychotherapy? Behavior therapy? What’s up with that?!?!

There’s nothing wrong with Lindsay, nor has there ever been! – But she’ll be completely messed up when all this is done, that’s for sure! :(

She should take those 30 days right now and get it over with so she can move on and return to her life as it was before the first DUI. Sure there was some partying and some drinking and maybe some drugs, but it’s her life and she had it completely under control until the first stupid judge had to mess everything up. After all, she just crashed her car without anyone getting hurt, and they blew it completely out of proportion.

Most important of all, when the probation and/or jail time is over, she needs to throw a huge party with lots of drinking and probably also enough drugs to shame the infamous Studio 54, just to show that harassment and persecution goes nowhere. Make sure everybody knows that she is back as before and nobody else tells her when to drink and when not to. Let them know that the witch hunt is over.

Oh, and for your information it was her father that tried to steal her money, not her mother. He went to prison for it. Her mother has been with her all the way, providing unconditional support during this time of persecution when almost nobody else would. Kudos to her for that.

When this is over it will be her mother that will help rebuild Lindsay back into the star she was right up until the media decided to start the witch hunt and make bets on the next scandal. Her mother must help tear down whatever brainwashing that all the so-called therapy did to her, and rebuild her exactly as she was, only stronger this time. She needs to be able to stand up to anyone attacking her and fight back with confidence, even if the opponent is a representative of the legal system. She needs to be strong and defiant, to learn to play the game with counter-lawsuits and all the dirty tricks in the book if necessary. They beat her once – never again. Lindsay was and is more than they will ever be – and she needs to know that, and tell them that.

Somebody here needs to get a grip on reality!!!! OMG!

@ Xenobyte…actually this is far less worse than she previously received…also, the judge issued her a warning…she does need therapy…her whole family does i believe…and if you READ…she only goes back to jail for 30 days if she fails her drug tests…also for you to even encourage her to drink and do drugs when her probation is over just shows you absolutely do not care for her well being…

her mom has been showing her support? Going clubbing with your child is support? what parent goes clubbing with their child??? and therapy isn’t brainwashing…it helps people become a better person…allows them to understand the mistakes they made or what others made toward them and they learn to live it with and accept and still be happy

I agree these conditions are harsh but this Judge is much more fairer than the other Judge.
If she doesn’t violate and follows all the rules the Judge said on November she can come off supervised probation and will be allowed to leave LA
She just has to stay sober until November 1st and then after that if she relapses or starts drinking again she won’t be facing any legal punishment.
With the old monster of a Judge she would have been facing random drug/alcohol testing until August 2011

I don’t understand why she is now under stronger drug control and heavier therapy if the doctors in UCLA found Lindsay is clean.
It seems that the judge doesn’t want to ridiculize the former judge Marsha Revel in front of the public eye ( in few days she will be candidate in elections)
If this is true Lindsay is being treated and used as a scapegoat even for the judges on their own benefit !!

MissZee , probably Dina went to the clubs to check what kind of risks there were around Lindsay because Dina was living very far and couldn’t access to that info.
May be she faked a “frienly ” behavior to spy Lindsay.
Remember that Dina took Lindsay to her 1st rehab in 2007 and has been pressing till now.

BTW, I counted 217 conditions to fulfill.
if she failed all of them she would get 18 years of free room in the jail!
This kind of sentence seems made to send people to the jail.
It is not strange then cronic jail overcrowding.

I”m going to have to disagree…a mother just doesn’t go to clubs to check to see if there are any risks…I go to clubs, I’m around her age and I don’t have my mother coming to clubs with me…She trusts me.but this isn’t about me.. it’s about Lindsey and her mother….and her mother is someone who goes clubbing, plain and simple.

Her attorney is providng reports to the court every 2 weeks about her attending all the therapy and complying.
If she fails or misses a drug/alcohol test she is facing 30 days in the jail and the court will be informed within 72 hours.
I guess this is better than being stuck in a hospital all day and on November 1st she will be free from this legal nightmare.

4eva, I don’t see much fairer this new judge.
Marsha sent Lilo 90 days to rehab even without proofs of what substance was her addict or with medical opinion.
The new judge only put LL out of rehab because was obvious to the medical staff that she was clean,
but has put conditions much harder than necessary and didn’t reduce that 90 days.
Now the risk of sending her to the jail 30 days is very high if she simply fails to asist 1 therapy session.
