Lindsay Lohan Accused of Nightclub Fight

Lindsay Lohan, who was warned by Judge Stephanie Sautner after completing her probation to “stop the nightclubbing,” has been accused of having an altercation with another woman in an L.A. nightclub on Thursday.

On Saturday, a woman filed a report with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department, claiming she had a fight with Lohan because the Mean Girls actress was allegedly upset that the woman was talking to a male friend of hers.

Of course, anyone can make any accusation, but the police are still investigating.

Lohan’s rep is dismissing the allegation, telling Gossip Cop: “There was no incident. As with the last go-round, this is all about someone trying to get money and publicity. This will prove to be a complete waste of everyone’s time, yet again.”

    Why can’t she just stay home? Avoid trouble if you can. Trouble will follow her to whatever club she goes to. People will pick fights with her just because she’s Lindsay Lohan. She should try taking up some new hobbies or if she must party then maybe she should rent out a place for her to party with her friends. It’s time to grow up.

    While I do agree that she should take up a new hobby, this incident doesn’t mean it’s her fault for wanting to go out. Yes, there may be people who want to pick fights with her, but she shouldn’t hole up in her house because of a few immature people.

    It doesn’t even say anywhere here that she actually was out. And if she was, who cares? I don’t see anything wrong with going out as long as she doesn’t get to any trouble and looking at this, it doesn’t seem like there was any trouble at all, if she did go.

    Agreed. Trying to get your life together is probably not going to happen if you keep surrounding yourself with temptation. Even if she wasn’t involved in an altercation, she shouldn’t be at a club yet. Shes opening herself up to too much trouble, as she’s learning yet again. If she stays home, the false accusations will stop.

    I’m not saying this incident was her fault. This very well may not have happened. But it seems like these things only happen to her when she goes out clubbing. For me that would be a sign that I should probably stay away from nightclubs.

    There is nothing wrong with going out but it would seem to me that if alot, some or even a little of my problems with the law happened as a result of me clubbing, then I’d stay in more.

    I think for someone who used to party a lot, ‘home body’ means something else then for someone who rarely goes out.
    LL between then and now has a huge difference.

    I do agree with you on that. I don’t think she should have to hole up in her house, but if things like this continue to happen then she needs to find a different hobby & get some new friends. I don’t even think this incident even happened.

    actually she hasn’t gone clubbing since last year. when she does go out it’s usually to a restaurant or a bar. if she went anywhere near a club, the paparazzi would be all over her and we would all know about it.

    according to the local cbs station they contacted the police and were told Lindsay was NOT a suspect in this report.

    “Sheriff’s Sgt. Shawn Ruda, watch commander at the West Hollywood station, tells CBSLA that an incident report mentioning Lohan’s name was filed sometime between last night and Sunday morning.

    According to Ruda, Lohan was not a named suspect in the report and he says it’s still unknown if she was involved in an altercation.”

    lindsay could rob someone in broad daylight get caught on camera and her enabling mom and so called friends would swear someone is out to get her.see the necklace incident got caught on cam stealing it.but it was the stores fault that she stole it.

    Honestly I really don’t care that much. I follow GossipCop on Twitter and I clicked the link to the story. Though I wish the best for her. She has legal issues she needs to deal with and if staying home for a little while or at least out of the club so she wouldn’t be put in a situation that would cause her to violate her probation and go to jail, I say sign up for Netflix and make it a movie night.Or join a bowling league or something and stop doing drugs and drinking.

    I know substance abuse is a serious issue and it’s something I’ve never had to deal with. So I know it’s not as easy as saying just stop. But hopefully if she hasn’t already, she’ll get that aha moment and realize that in order for her to get better she has to change things drastically in her life. That may mean getting rid of some people and letting go of some things. But in the end it will be for the better.

    She is not in the clubs all the time now is she? Maybe once a week or so. That is a huge difference compared to what she once was!

    The biggest problem for Lindsay is she is an addict and probable alcoholic. When you have those problems the last place you should be is a bar or night club. It’s too much temptation and she’s bound to fall off the wagon and get high or drunk and do something stupid or illegal again at some point.

    depends on the person. her sister Ali is 18 and doesn’t go out partying. Two things are happening, one is Lindsay still goes out at night sometimes. Next is because of that she’s vulnerable to people making allegations against her. Maybe best thing to do is if she goes out, go to safe places, but maybe don’t get out much.

    I don’t think so. I agree with Sautner. Her biggest issue is psychological and she needs to continue going to therapy for it. I think the drug use and alcohol in her past as well as other reckless activities she does is medicating herself but isn’t the root cause of her acting out.

    Oh, I agree she has psychological problems. With parents like she has it would be a wonder if she didn’t. I also think she has addiction problems though too. She needs to stay out of the bars and clubs and continue seeking psychological help.

    this happened while she was at home. she wasn’t out when this woman said this happened so what you’re saying makes no sense in this instance. I agree with mrsbradley, she shouldn’t hole up at home and never go out and it’s unrealistic to think a 25 yr old won’t go out with her friends. by the way, she hasn’t gone clubbing for a long time and if it had not been for pap pics no one would even know she was going out because there hasn’t been any drama.
