REPORT: Lindsay Lohan Gets New Lawyer

Lindsay Lohan has finally replaced departed attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, according to a report.

The troubled star will hire Stuart V. Goldberg, a Chicago defense attorney whom she asked to meet in Los Angeles, sources tell TMZ.

Lohan, along with mother Dina and sister Ali, reportedly spent several hours with Goldberg on Friday.

Lohan is due to surrender on July 20 after being sentenced to 90 days in jail.

    Why spend money she reportedly dosen’t have for a new lawyer instead of doing what would probably amount to a few days in jail. Lindsay needs to start taking responsibility for her mistakes instead of blaming everyone else and trying to buy her way out of things.
