Lindsay Lohan NOT “Missing Rehearsals” for Speed-the-Plow, Despite Reports
Lindsay Lohan is “royally flushing her London stage debut down the toilet,” says Perez Hilton, who claims the actress is “back to behaving badly on the set of her new theatrical gig, Speed-the-Plow.”
Picking up a story from Star, the blogger alleges Lohan has “been seen clubbing at all hours of the night, missing rehearsals and showing up unprepared.” Perez further writes that “LiLo is on edge with the entire staff,” and quotes a cast “insider” as saying they’re “already really annoyed.”
“The director told her that, basically, it’s a one-strike deal; if she misses one more practice or comes in late again, she’s done,” claims the outlets’ supposed source. And yet Perez isn’t “done,” despite all the strikes he’s amassed over the years.
Lohan hasn’t been “missing rehearsals” or received an ultimatum. A rep for the star confirms to Gossip Cop exclusively that Lohan could not have missed a single practice because rehearsals for the play haven’t even started yet.
Lohan’s turn on the stage marks her first ever play. The actress has made her career primarily from movies, ranging from The Parent Trap and Freaky Friday to Liz & Dick (a TV film) and The Canyons.
In Janaury, Lohan went to the Sundance Film Festival to announce her next movie would be Inconceivable. It’s not known when that will be filmed.
