Lindsay Lohan Tells Gossip Cop She Won’t Meet with Father

Is tomorrow really D-Day for LiLo?

According to TMZ, Michael Lohan has informed the site he’s given daughter Lindsay Lohan an ultimatum to meet with him on Monday — or face legal action that could establish a conservatorship similar to the one Jamie Spears gained over Britney Spears.

But asked about her dad’s supposed plan, Lindsay Lohan tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “No, [I'm] not meeting with him!”

Michael is reportedly seeking a face-to-face session with Lindsay, younger daughter Ali Lohan (whom he believes Lindsay endangers), and lawyer Lisa Bloom.

His attempt to mediate a new family arrangement comes after Michael Lohan unexpectedly visited Lindsay’s home on Thursday with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in tow. Michael cited concern for Ali Lohan’s well being.

Gossip Cop will closely monitor the Lohans’ escalating drama.

    Lindsay could certainly use a conservator. Unless she gets some help she will probably end up dead. Her mother is her biggest enabler, her father has good intentions but is a wack job himself. Unless Lindsay admits she has a problem and seeks help I see her going the same way as all these young drug addicts and alcoholics who have died young.

    GossipCop, why are you giving Lindsay “time” on your site? I know and understand there are two sides to every story. But…..Other than what I just wrote what are you motives and or intentions? Lindsay is clearly a “disturbed” person, she needs help and not from a site that may be enabling her. Dina, her “mother” is not helping Lindsay. It’s my opinion she’s out for all the “perks” she can get. Mind you, I had in the past questioned her Fathers motive/intentions but I am starting to think he really may want the best for his daughter Lindsay AND Ali. Let’s be honest, Ali has NO business being in Lindsay’s company without guardianship present. May I have an honest and biased answer? Thank you in advance.

    I meant to say, an unbiased answer. Sorry. I do believe Lindsay needs help, a lot of it. A sixteen year old impressionable girl, Ali, does not need to be with an out of controll addict. No Mother that genuinely cares/loves her daughter would allow that. Ali has said she looks up to Lindsay and wants to be like her. This is tragic and sad.

    Okay I am getting tired of reading about the lot of them. Lindsay’s using Gossip Cop as a forum for herself. She rants on twitter. If they let Jailbirds become conservators over someone that will be a total injustice. They all seem to be totally out of control anyway. Just ignore them,they’ll eventually go away. Please Gossip Cop can we move on now ????

    Although I love your site GC and appreciate your setting the tabloid lies straight I have to agree with alwaysangels on this one. I think there are some people and Lindsay’s one where your just helping to enable a person with a diffinite problem. You’ve just become an extention of her twitter. This girl needs help before it’s too late not another place to vent her lies.
