Truth rating: 10

Lindsay Lohan got a visit on Thursday from lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, who is not “exactly sure” when her client will be leaving jail but said she’s “fine, she’s good.”

“She’s looking forward to her release, said Chapman Holley after her hour with Lohan at the correctional facility in Lynwood. “It’s a light at the end of the tunnel.”

The starlet’s mom Dina, sister Ali and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson also stopped to see her on Thursday. Fans of the actress were expected to show up for a public demonstration of support as well.

According to reports, Lohan met recently with representatives from rehab facilities. She’ll be attending an inpatient program after her release from jail.

Lohan could be released as early as Sunday. Do you think she served enough time?

nope. its sad really not even a month in jail…my uncle spent 90 days in jail for this and now he’s in rehab and on house arrest…she’s getting a slap on the wrist once again…i seriously hope she understands now. if not, im hoping that she doesn’t get hurt or her hurting someone else

  • Holly

no way. She has not learned a thing. She will be up to her old antics once she is out and you can bet somehow she will finagle her way out of the full ninety day stint in rehab unless she finds a way to get good drugs in there and I agree with MissZee’s last line in her comment which I would call a prediction of truth.

Holly , forget the stupid idea of “jails are for learning lessons”,
because where are the exams at the end ?
Or may be now schools are made to punish people instead.
    ….mmmmmm…
Well …the judge has sent Lindsay to rehab without proofs of addiction for a treatment fixed in time.
If treatments must be personal , why she defined 90 days there for Lindsay?
because for the judge to learn in rehab is simply another punishment.
    ABSURD

  • MissZee

the judge is being HARSH because her family is doing such a good job in helping her apparently

  • Holly

LOL MissZee – I agree!! What a family this girl has!!!!

  • kval01

I guess if you are rich and (in)famous you can get away with anything. Once she gets out do you really think that “she has learned her lesson”? I give it 2 months and she will be back to her old habits again. She should have to serve her entire sentence, be placed on probation for 2 yrs and be ordered to stay in rehab for atleast 6months to a year! Then maybe she will have put her life in order…coddling to Hollywood’s elite is sending the wrong message to the “everyday” person!

  • kval01

Is it going to take her hurting or possibly killing someone before the legal system wakes up and starts applying the same laws to Hollywood as they do everyone else?

  • Holly

Just read the best yet on The Hollywood Gossip………………. Dina saying Lindsay is being treated like a common criminal……..HAHAHAHAHA. Well, Duh, isn’t that what she is and they want to give her time with that family?!?!?!?

  • lilo86rs

Holly & the rest of persons that simply don’t know to read and undestand a news without prejudices:
    This is the original news:
    .
“Some reports have claimed Lindsay has a cell phone but Dina says that’s far from the truth.
“She doesn’t have cell phone privileges, that’s absurd. She doesn’t even have a pillow to sleep on,” Dina told RadarOnline.com exclusively.”

When Dina said ” Lindsay is being treated like a common criminal” was because she REALLY THOUGHT THAT LL WAS A COMMON CRIMINAL. She was not in denial, simply recognized that the treatment was fair.
