Yep, she sure is learning a lesson. They keep shaving off more and more time, so what was the point of the whole court circus thing if she wasn’t going to serve any real time? Was the judge paid for publicity with Lindsay or what? And is she REALLY going to do 90 days in an inpatient rehab facility or is that gonna have most of the court ordered time shaved off too. What a racket these people have going. Be a star (or so she thinks), break the law, get lots of publicity and get away with it all.

wtf this is outrageous! she’s not going to learn jack by leavin jail earlier…she is going to get someone killed and you know who i’m going to blame…the judge for allowing her out earlier!

She should have served less than a day! – That’s what regular people would do. But the judge obviously hated her so much that she gave her three times what the prosecution requested and the absolute maximum allowed by the law. Thank God for overcrowding and I hope Lindsay is able to shake the experience off and move on as if nothing happened. She was already on the right path and we can hope this stupid show of force by a vindictive judge doesn’t break that.

Oh, and throw her dad back in jail and throw away the key. He’s been the most disruptive force in all this. He has had no contact with Lindsay for years and yet he keeps repeating his stupid rants, doing his best to destroy Lindsay, apparently because she cut him off financially and had him prosecuted for his crimes. Repeating something often enough and people start believing it. Lindsay has not been drinking or doing drugs for years. Yes, she’s taking pills every day but they’re legal and prescribed to her (for ADHD, reflux and depression if I remember correctly) and she’s been taking them most of her life.

And don’t forget Xenobyte that Lindsay has been sent to 90 days in rehab after passing succesfully all the drug controls and allways sober , even completed all the classes about alcohol.
Also the conditions in the jail are harder for all the brutal security meausures and her mental issues.

She’s always in the press…had she been on the right path, she would have found a way to not be in it!…Paris Hilton, Nicole R…they learned their lessons….Lindsey won’t….unfortunately, i guess someone has to get hurt by Lindsey because of her recklessness..

also, how do you know for a fact her father and her are not in contact?…where’s the proof? I see him acting more like a father than her mother…the whole family is a wack job but at least he isn’t in denile about his child needing help….and god forbid her sister falls down her path

she hasn’t been drinking? have you seen pictures of her being intoxicated? i have…so to say she hasn’t been drinking, she hysterical…and her not doing drugs?….well…if she hasn’t been doing drugs or drinking, then she shouldn’t be on probation…but she was caught
