Lindsay Lohan Served with Extremely Bizarre Lawsuit While Heading into Court

Even when she’s doing well and getting good legal news, weird things happen to Lindsay Lohan.

On her way into court on Tuesday for her very positive probation progress report, the actress was served with a lawsuit containing several delusional, bizarre allegations – including the claims that she “might be a high end prostitute” and possibly played a role in the killing of Osama bin Laden.

In the 12-page civil complaint, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by a man named Thomas A. Green and obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff, who admits he suffers hallucinations, accuses Lohan of backing out of a business deal and seeks $300,000 for unfair business practices.

The document’s logic is exceedingly difficult to follow, and the incoherent arguments Green makes seem to lack any real legal merit.

But its noteworthy that even as Lohan diligently works through her probation commitments, she attracts some pretty interesting – if confusing – legal drama.
