No Special Treatment For Lindsay Lohan, Says Lawyer

Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyer is slamming rampant reports that the actress is receiving special treatment in jail.

“We are not asking for special treatment from the court or the sheriff, nor is she receiving special treatment,” says attorney Shawn Chapman Holley.

Although some have suspected Lohan’s celebrity status will determine how long she’s behind bars, Holley says her concern is that the startlet won’t receive credit for time already served — even though she will likely be released after far less than 90 days.

“I would like to ensure that she has received all the time credits to which she is entitled,” explains Holley. “I am hopeful that her sentence will be reduced once those credits are properly factored in.”

And just how is Lohan faring in jail?

“She is doing fine,” Holley tells UsMagazine.com. “She has made some friends.”

Isolation, scratches on her arms, Firecrotch chants, no visitors except her attorney who is dressed like Mohammed, oh, yeah, and no water. Poor, poor girl. Should have thought of the negatives before she decided to goof up. And anyone in their right mind would hope she stays in jail until 8/1. Honestly, this girl is pulling crap to get out early so she can start and end her so called stint in rehab where she will be given major meds to keep her habit going. The family will make sure of that!!!! Oh, poor, poor little Lindsay.

    Of course US Weekly would be the first to ask how she is doing. The tabloids did everything in their power to get her there. Maybe they are there to make a bargain with her so when she gets out they can profit from her. US Weekly is the Mafia.
