Lindsay Lohan was arrested in New York early Wednesday after she allegedly hit a pedestrian with her Porsche.

Her side, however, maintains that the claims made against Lohan “will be proven untrue.”

As Gossip Cop reported shortly after her arrest, the actress’ car may have only grazed — or possibly never even touched — her accuser.

Now, grainy footage of the incident has emerged.

She gets a pass from me on this escapade. It looked like the so-called “victim” deliberately ran his knee into her car. No doubt he recognized her and figured he could get a big payday with little or no effort.

I have no clue what is going on in that video. I still do not understand why she does not hire a driver or take a taxi. When I am in NYC I park my car and it does not move till I leave.

When I first heard about this, being a supporter of her for so long, I was disappointed in her. She seemed to finally be on track. But now seeing this, even though it’s hard to see, it’s without a doubt this wasn’t her fault. But she just needs a driver or something by now just to be on the safe side! Because let’s face it, she is not that great of a driver!
