CLAIM: Lindsay Lohan Hits Man With Car in L.A., Flees Scene

A Los Angeles man claims Lindsay Lohan hit him with her car and then fled the scene on Wednesday evening.

The individual, a manager at L.A.’s Hookah Lounge, alleges Lohan was trying to navigate a U-turn while in her Porsche outside of the Sayers Club when she lightly hit into his knee before leaving the scene.

Though police came to the accident site and later decided not to file a report since the man wasn’t injured, sources say the Hookah Lounge manager later went to the hospital and intends to press charges.

A formal investigation would be launched if and when the man files the police report.

There currently are NO eyewitnesses to verify the man’s claims.

At this time, Lohan – who is still on probation – is NOT accused of any crime.

    This girl can’t catch a break! This guy didn’t decide to seek medical attention, because he wasn’t hurt, until he found out who she was. He’s just looking for a pay day. It’s sad that the girl gets swarmed everywhere she goes and can’t safely navigate her car because folks are crowded around it. It should be illegal to swarm someone, anyone, like that and create an unsafe situation. In that chaos, did she even know she had grazed him? Crazy!

    i’m betting he didn’t seek medical attention because he was stoned and didn’t want to get busted (i mean the bar is called HOOKAH!!!). If she can’t safely drive her car in the conditions that she should KNOW to expect, then she should not be behind the wheel. How many cars has she messed up at this point, anyway? And… I thought she wasn’t out hitting the clubs anymore????? she’s a liar and a fake.

    I’m hearing that she actually called the cops herself, which was a decent thing to do on her part.

    But why is she out at a club during her recovery process? Nothing good could come of it and as it seems nothing has.

    I’m wondering if she even knew she grazed this person, and if he was so injured that he had to go to the hospital, why didn’t he say so when the cops were there? This guy is a scammer and knows that because of her past he can nail her to the wall. I hope someone actually hits this guy with a car.

    This story is bogus according to Rumorfix, no charges have been filed despite TMZ’s claim to the contrary and police did not contact Lohan about the incident, the LAPD flat out said there was no crime commited, also Lindsay was at the club to celebrate a friend’s birthday, so she’s not a liar or a fake(but the manager could be). Some people just automatically believe any bad thing they hear about Lindsay without bothering to check the facts first because they hate her so much, those people are just sad pathetic losers with no life! Hopefully this non-story will be quickly forgotten by the end of the week.

    What was she doing in the back of a club. She didn’t go in. Was she meeting someone there? She peeled out so I guess no one checked her for her usual mo, drugs and alcohol. I feel for her. I liked her when she was a teenager, worried about the last 6-7 years of addiction she has had and cars and her are not a good fit. If she kills someone, will there be room in the jail. Sorry Lindsay, love you, but straighten your act out.
