Lindsay Lohan began production today on her upcoming Lifetime movie “Liz & Dick,” and with it comes the first official photo of her as Elizabeth Taylor and  Grant Bowler, who plays Richard Burton (see photo at right).

As Gossip Cop has previously reported, the film will focus on Taylor’s tempestuous relationship with Burton, her sometime co-star and two-time husband.

Bowler was just cast as Burton a week and a half ago.

    lol, with that much photo shop, even *I* could look like Liz Taylor. Lifetime’s going to have to pay as much or more to the photo/film editing team to touch up each frame as they paid lohan for the part…

    The Emperor’s New Clothes? This girl doesn’t look remotely like Elizabeth Taylor. The man doesn’t look remotely like Richard Burton. Taylor and Burton must be spinning in their graves. Oh well, it is, afterall, only a Lifetime made-for-tv movie. Don’t imagine the script is much to write home about and probably had to take what they could get on the casting end.
