Of course she won’t do the full sentence or even half of the sentence because it’s LA there will be overcrowding but maybe just maybe this will scare her straight. My props to the judge!

Seriously, it’s about time they did something to her. She really was snubbing her nose at the court and how ever many days she spends in jail…. she has to go to rehab and hopefully she can get back on track with her life. I think its about time justice was served, because she is no better than anyone else with what she has done.

She IS straight!!! – She has been for years!

This has nothing to do with drugs or alcohol but everything to do with the system and this judge in particular having it in for talented young people who act out a bit as they’re let free on their parent’s control. All teenagers do this and almost all get in some kind of trouble for it. Lindsay is just so high profile it is noticed and reported along with thousands of paparazzi pics – and the system have to act.

Wow, Xenobyte. Where did you get your info? Do you know her personally? Any person that can get a dentist to give them dilaudid for a pain killer, (which can be cooked down and shot up with a needle and knocks a non drug addicted person on their a$$) and she still walked around functioning means she has a very high tolerance to these type of drugs. So obviously she does have a drug habit. She is no where near straight!!!!

Dilaudid is normally reserved for cancer patients also, not having your wisdom teeth removed. Lindsay violated her probation on a serious matter. She was picked up for drunk driving not once but twice within weeks of each other and with cocaine in her system. She took some unsuspecting guys on a high speed chase while drunk. She’s only lucky she didn’t kill someone else or herself. Then she has pretty much thumbed her nose at the court system and the judge since then. Even yesterday she had f*ck u on both her middle fingers which she kept flashing at the judge. Lindsay is lucky the judge didn’t notice them. Totally disrespectful to the court and even every day common folks like us if we disrespect the court they don’t take lightly. Just ask Ron Cummings cousin. Ron Cummings is the guy who’s little girl disappeared in Florida. His ex-wife Missy, his cousin and himself got caught trafficking in drugs. His cousin was just in the car when it went down. She disrespected the judge when in court and the judge gave her 15 years in prison for drug trafficking even though she was just sitting in the car. Lindsay got off lightly and hopefully this will save her life in the long run.
