Since she is getting out of jail early due to overcrowding, I think she should go straight to rehab and if things go well, then her family should go where the facility is and visit her. She should be thanking God that they even allow her to get out early. No telling what might happen if she spends time with her family, but however, she should be able to communicate with her family. Lindsay needs to show some accountability to herself and the legal system..

According to her lawyer, she is doing well. Let her keep it up by going to rehab ASAP!!! Once again, what is all this about wanting to be with her family? Since when? Sure, everything reported by the media is true… Lindsay is an addict, doing every drug in the world and alcohol too… Right… Wanna buy an Eiffel Tower?

The fact is that while cocaine was found in the car she crashed while doing her DUI, no trace of the drug was found in her system (blood/urine). She was also subjected to random blood tests during her probation and none of those showed any illicit drugs either. The SCRAM alert recently was due to sand (she had been doing a photoshoot on the beach), not alcohol.

Yes, a lot of people have seen Lindsay popping pills but the fact is that it’s prescription drugs and none of them are narcotic in nature (they’re anti-depressants, ADHD treatment, reflux treatment and vitamins). She’s been taking most of these since she was a child.

True, Lindsay has been ‘partying’ a lot, but it’s not all just partying. Remember. she dated a DJ, and a DJ’s workplace is… clubs! – where people go to party. That’s how they met and that’s the reason for a lot of Lindsay’s so-called clubbing in the past year or so.

So I’m firmly on Lindsay’s side. She’s been railroaded in the worst possible way. She never had a drug problem and she has had her drinking well under control for several years (since the DUI and first rehab). No further rehab is necessary and what she needs to to be left alone (with her family). Let her get her career together and get back into a healthy life rhythm. That’s the best thing for her.

And the cocaine did show up in her system when they found it on her after her car chase the second time she was arrested and where did you come up with sand setting off the SCRAM. LOL. Lindsay herself admitted someone spilled a drink on her. This all happened at the MTV awards after party, not at the beach! Gee, do a little more research, will ya?

Holly, just from watching the gossipy newsy stuff on tv, anyone can tell that Lindsay is in much better shape than online places have made her out to be. She never had any “recreational” drugs in her system in any of the random tests done, and it was admitted that her scram bracelet went off in error. Her breathalyzer test taken at the time was clean. She got a bad rep a few years ago, and just can’t shake it.

Lindsay was informed that she will have 48 hours to go to rehab before entering inthe jail.
May be the judge wants to punish her even more because probably she would use that time to make a
super-expensive interview .
It is not fair to change the conditions of the sentence without advising before.

Dear DAT: She is only in better shape, maybe, because she had no choice. You are getting away from the point of the whole jail/rehab situation. This is all because of her dui’s and cocaine possession and due to those arrests she has been sentenced when she did not follow the rules of her probation. The judge was very lenient on her considering all the tricks she pulled going to her violation of probation hearings and not showing up for the designated classes that were ordered by the court. Hell, she even decided not to show up for a court hearing!! That’s pretty brazen. Lost passport or not when there were ways to fix that problem right away, or she could have stayed home. Who cares if she is straight and sober now. She still has to pay for breaking the law with drugs, alcohol and just lucky she never killed anyone on any of her wild nights. She thinks she is above the law because she is “famous” and what’s not fair is her getting away with it all. I cannot see how ANYONE could feel sorry for her. Did the crime, do the time.

Are people serious!!??????? She was sentenced to 90 days and she getting out after two weeks….cry me a freakin river! The judge said that in one of the tests they gave her she tested POSITIVE for cocaine! Do people not know what they are talking about. She needs rehab…all the special treatment request is going to do is prove is that she hasn’t learned a thing and she still feels like she was put in there for “no reason”
I don’t feel like the judge was being too hard on her, she has some freakin low-life parents, who do nothing but hang on to her and give her what she wants so they can be celebrities by accociation.

Yes she tested positive in 2007 and she went to rehab as a joke and guess you have lost sight of the whole stinking mess (but who could possibly keep track with all Lohans ups and downs and ins and outs). That’s why she has been having court hearings……………violation of probation on that count and others………and hence, she violated, getting jail time and rehab time. Get with it people. I am not saying all the gossip is true, but the court proceedings are real, even though her photo is fake for her jail booking, she needs to do what the court orders and be done with it once and for all and move on!!!! I am beginning to think its all for show because she and her leach family will make millions off this event. Just as they planned.

Yeah, KrazyKelly and Holly, I agree … she should just get the punishments done and over with. And then work on distancing herself from her parents’ schemes. Maybe she can shed the “party girl” image and get back to being a good actress. She had a lot of promise once. I’d like to see her succeed!

May 2007……Admitted to being under the influence of COCAINE and Alcohol while driving into a bush.
July 2007…….Chasing a person going 80 miles an hour…..denies the fact that she is driving. Tries to blame it on several people. Found cocaine on her and she stated that she wasn’t wearing her own pants. Urine sample came back postive for COCAINE!

So you are right about that.

However on June 7th of this year after the ankle bracelet went off, her blood alcohol level was .03 . Judge said it was taken too many hours after it went off to mean anything.
The probation officer’s report shows Lohan has been taking a variety of medications. They include Adderall, which is used to treat attention hyperactivity disorder, and the powerful prescription painkiller Dilaudid, which the report indicated was for Lohan’s “dental pain.”
Lohan has also been taking the antidepressants Zoloft and Trazadone and Nexium, a heartburn treatment.

I do apologize for being incorrect about the facts. BUT, I will say that I think she should have stayed in jail for longer than two weeks….and now stated to only be nine days. She for whatever reason thought it would be okay to not show up for classes or hearings and I see all the crap that comes out of her mouth to just be excuses. If her fans really love her they should also stop making excuses for her and WANT her to get better. Rehab never HURT anyone.

And probably the only reason she is clean is because she is being tested weekly/ or everyother week. And doesn’t want to have to spend anytime in jail.

All my info comes from various stories by more reliable media than the tabloids. Some of these actually bothered to check facts and it works wonders for the usability and reliability of the information within.

Oh, and there was two SCRAM alerts, one due to sand (very few media outlets mentioned this but it was a “tamper alert” that is triggered when the SCRAM has contact issues with the skin – one did report that “she had tampered with the device”) and one due to the infamous spilled drink. The second was picked up everywhere due to the words “SCRAM alcohol alert” and “Lindsay Lohan” but almost none bothered to check the actual story – the spilled drink and almost none reported the blood and urine test that revealed zero alcohol in her system.

So let’s get these things straight:

- Lindsay was never tested positive for any drugs in her system – ever.
- Lindsay was not tested positive for alcohol except in connection with the DUI’s and those are two years back.
- Lindsay fulfilled all the requirements of her probation except for two meetings. Those she missed due to work.

The only drugs Lindsay has ever admitted to taking was a painkiller she was prescribed in connection with a broken wrist back in 2006. She was required to remove the cast when filming (“Georgia Rule”) and that is a very painful thing to work with a broken wrist and no cast, thus the painkiller. This pain thing was also the primary reason for her problems honoring the call sheets (being late) and the production company had her tested for drugs several times, all with negative result. Only the prescribed painkiller was found which was to be expected. She did party a few times and showed up on set late and hung over, but that’s it. The rest is media bloat.
