Lindsay Lohan Reportedly Tests Positive for Cocaine

UPDATE – 5:55 PM -

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly tested positive for cocaine.

The actress allegedly failed the court-mandated test last week, although the District Attorney’s office has not been “officially notified” of the results yet.

A positive test would send Lohan back to jail for 30 days, according to the terms of her probation. No court date is set.

When Gossip Cop asked Lohan whether the breaking report is true, she replied, “No.”

TMZ first reported the alleged positive test.

    If it’s anything like her 90 day sentence which she ended up doing 13 days she’ll probably do 30 minutes on the 30 day sentence. I’m sure thats well worth it to lindsay to do some drugs.

    What I don’t understand is how does TMZ get this privilege info. I thought that there are things that are kept within the law until they are ready to publicize it. Does TMZ have spies or something? How can one believe this until the law says that it is true? Could TMZ be “jumping the gun”?

    Ah, YES, Of Course, TMZ ‘have spies!’ DUH. It’s interesting to note how many so-called EXPERTS in the field of addictions and drug abuse saw her and said she didn’t have a problem! I’ll guess that any former users KNEW she was using all along . . . Because THEIR Experience can’t be found in the books!
