With all the drugs Lindsay can do legally, she doesn’t need illegal drugs. She’s got uppers, downers, and in between. Her nail “art” was (in my opinion) directed to the judge and court. In her mind she was going to once again get a slap on the hand. Let’s hope for her sake and society the ruling by the judge is upheld.

Wow! With those prescriptions – her legal drugs, she should never be drinking any alcohol! I say it’s highly unlikely this girl will serve any time. She’ll get a walk, a la Paris, and be on her way. All makes a mockery of the LA court system and justice in America. Oh, and if anyone believes that crappy nail job was just a joke – not meant to the judge and others, yeah, well . . . She’s doomed to die, that’s all, and we all saw it coming.

Considering the fact she is 24 (not 14) what kind of a moron goes to court with stuff like that on their nails then says it was a joke? Guess the joke is on her. Hard to sum up any sympathy for a totally clueless nit-wit who truly deserves jail time. It’s amazing she hasn’t killed someone by now. Grow up Lindsay, you aren’t a child star anymore, try being responsible for once.

I am disappointed in this aspect. When you go to court you clean your act. Seems as if there would be somebody close to her who could have told her better. Lawyers generally give you advice. Is she that out of control? I can’t believe this. She has really changed.

Can’t exactly say I’m a fan of LL, but if she was clean since May then I’m very disappointed she received a sentence with jail time. If anything, jail has a tendancy to make people worse, not better. If she was finally starting to pull things together, then it would have been more appropriate to give her help with that than sending her off to jail. As for her Rx’s, unfortunately doctors in the US have become little more than distributors for the pharmaceutical industry. Right or wrong, she’ll get what she gets from a doctor, and the court will have zero say in it.

NO ONE BELIEVES HER EXCUSES she needs to go to jail. Showing up to court with F YOU on her nailsis dumb she doesn’t have access to nail polish remover ??? The girl is a constant stream of excuses. She has been clean since May you mean since her binge in Cannes which was a violation of probabtion. And sadly eventhough she is going to rehab she has prescriptions for like 7 different hard drugs so she is by no means clean and sober .

Anyone who has any doubts that Lindsay should do jail time should check out the interview on TMZ which shows her actual crime…it was MUCH more serious than a DUI she highjacked a car with 3 passengers , threatened and stalked her assistant, and ran over someones foot then subsequently left the poor guy on the freeway injured.

Why is she on a very strong pain medication? Does she have some injury that I haven’t read about?
