Gossip Cop is scratching our head right now over a RadarOnline story that’s titled, “EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Texts Ailing Dad In Hospital: ‘OMG. Hope You Are Okay.’”
In the piece, Michael Lohan, who recently underwent an angioplasty, told Radar from his hospital bed, “I got a text message from Lindsay which read: ‘OMG. Hope you are okay.’”
The reason this intrigued Gossip Cop is that on Tuesday night, we were the first to inform Lindsay Lohan of her father’s heart ailment and trip to the hospital.
After reading the Radar story, we contacted Lindsay to apologize for being the ones to first break the news of her dad’s hospitalization to her, but that we saw she reached out to him.
Not so fast.
Lindsay, whose personal life and conversations have become public because her dad secretly recorded phone calls with her and her mother, actually did NOT contact her father.
In response to our mentioning the Radar “exclusive,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop she “didn’t” contact Michael Lohan at all.
More head scratching…

Totally agree alwayangels… hard to believe either of them. I don’t know regina1180… If one’s dad made public all your problems and was a drug addict and mean to your mom and neglectful to his kids while your were growing up, you probably wouldn’t care too much about your absentee dad who’s just a father in name only. Hey, just my two cents.
