“Lindsay Lohan may be hanging out with ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson a lot lately in Venice, but a source close to Lilo tells us that ‘her heart is with Tom Hardy,’” begins another head-scratching piece from X17Online.

The news and photo agency, which inaccurately reports that Hardy is Lohan’s “sober coach” (he’s not), then claims the actress “hopes it will turn into a serious relationship. She’s really into him.”

Really?

NO.

A source close to Lohan assures Gossip Cop that Hardy is “just a friend.”

Of course, X17Online  is the same site that linked Lohan to fashion designer Anthony Noble (incorrect), model Petey Wright (wrong), John Mayer (nope), and DJ Jus Ske (not true).

When it comes to Lohan’s love life, X17Online is consistent – consistently wrong.
