Lindsay Lohan returns to court on Wednesday with her fate hanging in the balance.

The actress is expected to get jail time for violating the terms of her probation, which Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked last month.

A prosecutor has recommended that Lohan be sent to prison after her community service stint was terminated for repeated absences.

Judge Sautner makes her decision today.

It’s expected that proceedings will happen at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time.
