Lindsay Lohan Reportedly Kicked From Community Service Program

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been booted from her community service program after numerous rules violations.

The development could prove to be a major problem when Lohan heads to court for a previously scheduled progress hearing next week.

After pleading no contest to misdemeanor theft earlier this year, the actress was hit with a probation violation and ordered to complete 480 hours of service, including 360 at the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles.

Judge Stephanie Sautner expressed her frustration with Lohan’s progress in July, noting, at that time, that she’d fulfilled only 33 of her required hours.

Reportedly, Lohan has now been kicked out of the center’s program entirely after failing to show up for nine scheduled visits and frequently leaving after just one hour when she did show, according to TMZ.

The site says she was terminated two weeks ago.

While Lohan didn’t comment about leaving the center, she confirmed to Gossip Cop that she’s now at the American Red Cross. “I love it,” she tells us.

    It’s probation community service. You don’t get to pick and choose where you serve. By now she has no right to whine and cry if she gets sentenced to jail.

    I’m waiting for Lohan to vehemently deny the story and Gossip Cop to buy every word of it as if it were the gospel.

    She is well aware that she won’t go to jail due to overcrowding. Even if they do throw her in jail after court next week, it would only be a mere few hours and she will be released. She has the justice system pegged due to her numerous run ins with it. I cannot believe the attorney she has continues to represent her. It seems now that all she and her attorney want is the free publicity and boy do they get it!

    It is stupid to put any drug addict or alcoholic be it Lindsay or anyone else in and environment surrounded by drugs and alcohol. It causes serious triggers for an addict. An addict recently out of rehab can not help but be triggered when in a place where drugs are available right outside the door. She should have never been forced to be at DWC in the first place. AA101 avoid places that cause triggers. It is obvious she needs long term residential treatment ASAP not jail. Everyone is feeling the frustration of dealing with a drug addict and are responding by saying just put her in jail and then we will not have to deal with this or see this. However this is not going to help. Hopefully Judge Sautner will have the courage to put her in long term residential treatment. Possibly what is frustrating is that this was not done a long time ago. More importantly Lindsay herself is demonstrating that she wants help. With her actions, deteriorating body health, and cutting episodes, she is literally SCREAMING for help!
