Cops: Lindsay Lohan Allegedly Assaulted By Man Inside New York Hotel Room

Lindsay Lohan was assaulted in a New York hotel room on Sunday morning, the police confirm to Gossip Cop.

After a night out at the New York hotspot 1Oak, Lohan invited a 25-year-old male she met named Christian LaBella back to her room at the W Hotel with a group of others.

At a certain point, we’re told the two had an argument over photos LaBella took of Lohan on his cell phone, and when she tried to grab his phone, the suspect allegedly threw the actress on a bed.

A bit later, Lohan reportedly told the cops LaBella had choked her and pushed her to the ground.

A friend of hers came to her aid, and Lohan then pulled a fire alarm for help, prompting LaBella to flee down the hotel’s stairs.

The police fortunately were there on time to apprehend him.

We’re told LaBella has been charged with two counts of assault and two counts of harassment.

Lohan’s rep tells us that while “she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized.”

“Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation,” adds her spokesman.

    Not to excuse the guy’s alleged behavior, but what about Lohan’s trying to grab his phone? Which was, after all, his personal property. So, he resists her attempted robbery, and he gets thrown in the can? WTF’s up with that?

    Well choking and throwing someone to the ground over a phone is assault no matter how you feel about Lindsay. Trying to grab his phone is not assaulting him

    So her drug dealer got her on camera snorting yet more white powder. So she pulls the alarm and uses the police to hide behind. Still a spoiled, illuminaughty puppet.

    He doesn’t need to “cooperate” with her. It was his phone; the fact that the pictures were of her doesn’t change anything. Maybe she should have “cooperated” with him and given him his phone back.

    This girl is one HOT mess. It is hard to believe her or feel sorry for her because of her history. Thank GOD the supposed hitting a man in the knee with the car proved to be false due to recorded tape evidence. However, I can’t help but to think this current mess is probably mainly Lindsey fault.

    Really what is up with her grabbing his phone. I might push her away if she tried to take my property. Now if her account of pushing her down and choking her is true, he went over board, but she needs to learn a little respect.

    Other outlets are reporting that the charges were dropped. Of course, this doesn’t mean that the charges/accusations were bogus, but it wouldn’t surprise me.

    ABC is now reporting that the guy involved turned out to be a congressional aide. Still, sounds a pathetic, disgusting example of self-entitlement on LiLo’s part.

    Her friends aren’t the police. He ended up running away, if she didn’t pull the fire alarm, he would’ve just got away.

    It was a party, that’s been continuing on her and her Danish bookers –
    Claus Hjelmbak – suite, after the bar on the W hotel closed, and Lindsey
    discovered that LaBella took candid photos, and two videos as it turned
    out, of her with his cellphone, and she demanded he deleted them, which
    he refused. A struggle went on, LaBella allegedly choked her, and her
    Danish booker, pushed him away from her, and she started the fire alarm,
    LaBella took a hike, but got caught by the security-guard.

    That’s basically the story, told by her booker to a Danish newspaper.
