Lindsay Lohan on Reported Negative Alcohol Test: “Truth always comes out”

An attorney for Lindsay Lohan says the actress did not have alcohol in her system when her SCRAM bracelet went off at a party following the MTV Movie Awards.

According to Shawn Chapman Holley, a urine test conducted early in the morning on June 7 showed a negative result for alcohol.

Tonight, Lohan exclusively tells Gossip Cop, “Truth always comes out.”

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles district attorney’s office spokesperson says they are unaware of the result.

The day after her device went off, Lohan spoke exclusively with Gossip Cop, calling talk of alcohol consumption “untrue and unfair,” and declaring, “I haven’t touched any alcohol or anything of the sort.”

Lohan’s release on $200,000 bail requires that she abstain from alcohol and submit to weekly testing.
