Exactly, that’s why you should not have had early release from prison and from Rehab.

She was not abusing cocaine before going to jail and rehab so I guess even a short stint will do harm… and their solution: More jail. That’s stupid beyond words.

She was definitely abusing drugs she was caught with cocaine in her possesion and she has been ordered to rehab 4 times. I hope this time she is forced to do a serious sentence as it is the only thing that will change her it helped give Robert Downey JR a reality check to go to jail for a year and look at where his career is now. At least she is admitting she has a problem and no longer in denial if she can take some time out of the spotlight and get the treatment that she needs then there may be hope.

All Judge Revel had to do was give her the 30 days in jail but instead she got 90,rehab and extra probation.
It was just too much pressure/scrutinity when she really was trying to improve.
As soon as the sentence was imposed i knew it would just lead to more jail.
Jail followed by court ordered rehab which if you fail would result in more jail and then extra probation with drug/alcohol testing which is even more jail.
The D.A didn’t even want the extra probation California is broke.

bull, saying it was too much pressure is an excuse…i’m under pressure ALL the time once it comes to college classes and such, and i don’t do drugs just to put me at ease or anything…she needs to stop making excusing. and if she’s willing to admit she HAS a drug problem, then we can see she’s actually trying to change…until then, i’m not buying her story of willing to handle what she has coming toward her

It seems that judge Marsha Revel was right when she called her liar and forced her to rehab.
She didn’t have test failed as a proof but detected contradictions and clues enough to be right.
Lindsay doesn’t seem a daily addict but an impulsive person that sometimes cannot
control herself when she has the opportunity .
Anyway one month of jail for each condition fail is simply brutal specially
knowing how brutal other inmates were against her.
Forces also to a perpetual circle of probation-fail-jail-more probation-more fails- more jail…
She must fell overwelmed.

She needs jail & rehab and this is all the more confirmation needed that she should never have gotten out of it in the first place. She’s done the crime – she needs to do the time!! she recognizes the problem , but only in private.
She can’t be harder because she is independent , living thosands of miles away and
theatening to cut ties with her if she is very hard.
It is absurd to send to the jail someone with addictions for a relapse
because she is Still considered a drug abuser. That’s why she is in rehab treatment.
Jail only will only increase her antisocial and borderline behavior.
In many places is not a crime to do drugs.

You do illegal things, you end up in jail..thats just how real life (non hollywood life) is!! And her mother is an idiot & enabler. She’s been on several talk shows defending Lindsey & saying she isnt “additcted”, when she should not be on camera talking about her daughter at all, instead she should be focused on getting her some real help. At least Britney Spears parents took the tough love approach and really helped their daughter. If Lindsey is sooo independent and going to cut her mother out of her life – let her – let her hit rock bottom and stop enabling her. Thats the # 1 thing drug counslers tell enablers – they have to let go and stop enabling and let the drug addict suck up the consequences…..not “poor baby” “why is everyone so mean to lindsey”? GAG! Lindsey Lohan needs jail as much as Anna Nicole Smith, John Belushi & River Phoenix did!

Also: If you google Dina Lohan w/ Matt Lauer in Aug 2010……she blames EVERYONE else……its the judge! The judge was too mean, too much “hardball”. Its the media, its all sensationalized!! BS! Matt keeps trying to get her to admit she could do more to help her and instead Dina makes one excuse after another. She thinks lindsey was only in rehab 2xs, when this is actually her 4th. Dina goes on to say that Linsdey made friends in jail and did wonderfully in jail. C’mon…..what mother in her right mind would say that? I think 99% of mothers out there would not be so proud of their daughter making friends in jail and doing wonderfully. They would be wanting them to take it serious and change their life and see jail isnt so wonderful. She is such an idiot, she cant even see how wrong her parenting is – if you can call it parenting. Its more like, “C’mon gravy train, get sober so we can get some more $$$$$$ from your work”. Lindsey is probably subconsciencously doing this to stop being used by all of them. Whatever the case. I really hope they throw the book @ her now that shes failed a drug test so shortly after being released.

In July it was the Judge after the Judge said she should have been attending the class every week and had to stay sober she did everything right up until the hearing.
The sentence was absolutely ridiculous when the prosecution was only asking for 30 days in jail because she didn’t attend the class every week per the Judge’s orders. However all her absences were excused and whenever she missed a class she made it up and she completed the program by the deadline.
Who upgrades someone to formal probation with random alcohol/drug testing 3 years after the offence when the person had struggled with informal probation but did fulfill evry single requirement with the small exception of attending the class every single week.
On July 6th all that pathetic Judge had to do was give her jail time and terminate or keep her on the summary probation because she had completed all the requirements.
Formal probation is an extreme alternative to jail Lindsay didn’t commit any new crimes since the DUIs it was just unbelievable even the D.A was stunned.
If the Judge was off the case before July Lindsay would have maybe got jail time and her probation would be over.
Judge Revel DELAYED her own vacation just to see Lindsay at the bail hearing when she had already met bail.
She also admitted to checking TMZ and Radar Dina had every right to go off on the Judge.

Doing drugs isn’t a crime and Lindsay was really making an effort before July when she got sent to jail and rehab.
The sentence on July 6th with making the no drugs/alcohol part of her probation was disgraceful.
She was in solitary confinement and then put in a psych ward by a Judge that abused her power so how else is she going to cope after how harshly she was treated.
If she didn’t go to UCLA which was a lockdown rehab that her own lawyer had to beg the Judge to allow her to go there.
She was going to Morning Side a place that the disgraceful Judge selected because they said they would be tougher on Lindsay than they would be on other patients.

wa wa wa – whats your excuse for her now that she has a warrant out for her arrest and failed her last drug test? excuses, excuses. I swear the 2 people above are Lindsey & Dina!!! ba bye lindsey!!!
