Lindsay Lohan Gets $150,000 Settlement, Won’t Have to Testify About Miscarriage
Lindsay Lohan won’t have to testify about her miscarriage after settling a lawsuit over her clothing line.
As Gossip Cop reported, the actress used the trauma of losing her child as the reason why she failed to respond to a legal dispute over her 6126 label.
Since Lohan mentioned the miscarriage in legal documents, opponent D.N.A.M Apparel Industries believed the topic would be fair game in the case moving forward.
But now both parties have agreed to a settlement.
Though Lohan initially sued for $1.1 million, she’ll walk away with $150,000, reports TMZ.
The site says the settlement also kills D.N.A.M’s lawsuit against Lohan, in which they had initially won a default judgment due to the actress’ failure to respond.
