Linda Evangelista is demanding that billionaire ex Francois-Henri Pinault, now married to Salma Hayek, pay her $46,000 in monthly child support.

The former couple has a 4-year-old son, Augustin James, whom Pinault has not financially aided at all since birth.

It’s believed that her $46,000-per-month request is the largest in the history of Manhattan’s Family Court.

Most of the supermodel’s projected costs for Augustin’s care revolve around 24-hour nannies and former police detectives to serve as armed drivers.

Pinault, who runs the French conglomerate that owns Gucci, Yves St. Laurent and other luxury brands, has a family fortune valued at $11.5 billion.

The judge is expected to rule on the amount of child support next month.

  There is that old rule, you Play,you Pay. This child is 4yrs. old now and this guy who has money out the ass has not offered any financial assistance? Really?, REALLY?? First question I have. Did he know the child is his for that time? If he did, shame on him. If he did not, then why would we expect him to? Isn’t she quite wealthy herself? It would be sad if she is persueing this now out of greed or an effort to create trouble in his marriage. I think we should know more about this, before we throw him under the bus.
