This is not about race, however it seems like since he has been hanging out with these fellas he has been acting like someone completely different than he was before he started hanging out. I’m white and even I know what this is. All that happened is that Biebers car are well know here in LA. His fisker his Ferrari and his can are all recognized easily. There are no other cars like them.the officers saw them and thought Bieber would be in it and stopped them based on appearance. Even Justin said himself on one late night show recently how he always gets stopped cause of his tints. And then they saw it was a black kid driving a nice car. And ticket him. People in la drive crazy as hell all the time. So if they stop someone just based off a lane change then they should find a better excuse. They just wanted to be nosy simple as that. You have to be a Bieber fan to see that. And no I’m not claiming it’s a race issue but people do tend to stop rappers in nice cars and celebs in vehicles as if they can’t afford them. All in all I think they stopped the car cause they thought Bieber would be in it.

I think he should limit his relationship with this guy. He has brought him nothing but bad publicity even though they been friends for 6 years. It does not matter what color he is.
