Liam Hemsworth is stringing Miley Cyrus along, claims one of this week’s tabloid, which adds that the singer and actor have yet to “define [their] relationship.” Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this report. We’re told it’s not true.

According to Star, not long after Cyrus put back on the engagement ring Hemsworth gave her, the handsome star began “having second thoughts” about their future. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “It all happened so quickly. One minute Liam and Miley were deciding to give it another go and the next she was outside his house with moving trucks.” “I don’t think he’s had time to figure out exactly what it is that he wants,” adds the alleged source.

The magazine claims Cyrus’s pals want her to sit down with Hemsworth and “define the relationship,” but she’s supposedly been reluctant. “She’s too scared of losing Liam again… and terrified that he might tell her something that she doesn’t want to hear,” says the outlet’s seemingly ill-informed source. But it’s all untrue.

Hemsworth is not stringing along Cyrus. He’s also not having “second thoughts.” And Cyrus does not need to have some sort of a pow wow with Hemsworth. Gossip Cop is told the Star story is wrong, and that both Cyrus and Hemsworth are “on the same page.”

The tabloid has a history of getting Cyrus stories wrong. Gossip Cop busted the magazine when it falsely reported a few months ago that Cyrus was setting a “baby trap” for Hemsworth. We also exclusively corrected the outlet when it inaccurately claimed “Saturday Night Live” creator and executive producer Lorne Michael staged an “intervention” for the singer when she hosted the show in October 2015. That same month, Gossip Cop exposed the publication when it wrongly reported Hemsworth was trying to hook up with Megan Fox. None of those tall tales were true, and the latest concocted article by Star is similarly off-base.
