No Heat to LeBron James and Kim Kardashian Rumors
12:43 pm, November 1st, 2010
LeBron James and Kim Kardashian are the latest celebs to be linked thanks to poor MediaTakeOut reporting.
The “evidence is starting to mount” that there’s a “special friendship” between the two stars, declares the site.
Let’s run through MediaTakeOut’s “evidence.”
Well, Kardashian attended Sunday’s Miami Heat game in New Jersey and sat court side.
(crickets)
Yes, that’s about it.
Oh, and an “insider” tells “MediaFakeOut” that Kardashian is “trying VERY HARD” to take longtime James girlfriend Savannah Brinson‘s place.
Actually, it just sounds like MTO is trying VERY HARD to turn a non-story into scandal.
But the most priceless part of the site’s premise is its explanation of why James would want to trade his life with Brinson and their two children for a fling with Kardashian.
“LeBron knows that Kim not only brings a pretty face to the table. She can elevate his level,” says the site with a straight face. “He’s well known in the sports world, but she can make him more popular with women.”
Wait… MTO thinks LeBron James is only famous among basketball fans?!
And that leaving the mother of his two children for Kim Kardashian would make him popular with women?!
Once again, MediaTakeOut seems to have an allergy to reality.
As for any talk of sparks with Kardashian, a source close to James calls the story “bulls**t.”
We’re told he “flew in (to Jersey), he flew out, he was with his girlfriend all weekend.”
James even later tweeted his annoyance with MediaTakeOut, calling it “the most disgusting/non-credible site in the world!”
But tell us how you really feel, LeBron?
