LeAnn Rimes: “SO Much Pain” Following Mystery Surgery

LeAnn Rimes is in a lot of pain, but she won’t say why.

The singer is tweeting about having undergone “minor surgery” this week, although she does not elaborate on the nature of the operation.

“Coming clean… I had minor surgery this week and I’ve been in SO much pain it’s not even funny,” wrote Rimes on Saturday.

She added, “When it’s mouth pain and jaw pain it makes your whole head pound! YUCK.”

A short time later, Rimes told a Twitter follower, “got meds but nada is helping sadly.”

She denied that the procedure was cosmetic, writing only that it was “medical.”

Eventually, Rimes tweeted, “The pain is subsiding finally for a moment. My head has been vibrating all day. Maybe the sand under my feet is helping.”

Hopefully, Rimes is on the mend.

    Shut up you two Leann isn’t a Z List celebrity she can actually sing unlike so many of the pre packaged artists people worship now a days. different people heal at different rates after surgery and if she got her Wisdom teeth out at her age 29 it would be painful as hell I got mine out at 21 it hurt for a few hours after but I have a high tollerance for pain and maybe Leann doesn’t

    And I got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled at the age of 26 and had 0 pain (& I have no pain tolerance) , let alone the fact that even slight pain would not be cause for a pity party when so many people get wisdom or other teeth pulled. The 1st commenter is right- and it’s a dumb ploy for attention. Address it once if you want but then move on. She’s probably waiting by her phone for tweet replies.

    So tweeting that you’re in pain from a surgery that you don’t really feel obligated to tell people about is attention seeking? I’d post much more about it and complain more than she did and I’m not attention seeking, I’m just a normal person tweeting just like her. Give her a break.

    Yes. If you’re going to post to a crapload of people on a social media outlet an then refuse to name the source of your pain, you’re looking for attention.

    That’s just like people who post on Facebook “I’m so angry.” or something vague like that. They are looking for the “omg what happened?” responses.

    I got mine out after I turned 24, last summer. I’m a massive wimp about pain, and I took my pain pills for one day, then gave them up. It’s not a big deal.

    Attention seeking! That’s all it is. Why else wouldn’t she just come out with it? I see people on facebook all the time saying “i’m so upset” or “I’m in so much pain” and when you ask why it’s like “oh nothing”. Well why the Hell tell anyone in the first place.
