Busting bad dish!

Lauren Alaina Flubs National Anthem, Recovers Nicely (VIDEO)

It’s a day for cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and live musical miscues for “American Idol” alums!

Shortly after Scotty McCreery started his Thanksgiving Day parade lip syncing a few beats too late, Lauren Alaina had some momentary trouble with the national anthem before the Packers and Lions squared off in Detroit.

After forgetting a few words and having to pause early in her performance, the singer recovered and got a nice ovation.

As “Star-Spangled Banner” gaffes go, we’ve seen way bigger turkeys than Alaina’s.

She sounded great. Just a little mess up, not to bad.

What I don’t get is that Gossip Cop linked to Christina’s rendition. She didn’t even pause or make a huge mistake. But anyway, Lauren did a good job other than that little gap.

It’s a 2 minute song, if you fuck up you shouldn’t be singing in public.

You try singing in front of Millions…. and not mess up, it was a small mishap and recovered great. From where I stand, Recovery is the key, and Lauren did it with great dignity, and respect.
