Fortunately, a lot of the attention paid to Robert Pattinson recently has been where it belongs — on his work.
And then… there’s this nonsense:
1. Robert Pattinson “refuses to commit” to Kristen Stewart.
Hmm. Sounds familiar.
Of course, Now magazine, where the newest rumor originated, has a track record when it comes to Pattinson. So sloppy is the tab’s “reporting,” last year it lifted quotations directly from an interview with the actor that never happened in the first place.
So when the mag quotes an “insider” as saying Pattinson “gets stressed out” whenever Stewart talks about commitment, remember that the Now staff “gets stressed out” whenever asked to do actual, useful work.
2. Robert Pattinson has a “secret girlfriend” named Kelly Blakewell.
We’ve been directed frequently today to a barely readable site whose baseless claims have (apparently) infected message boards with the notion that Pattinson is covertly dating this 24-year-old singer-songwriter and ex-model.
Or is she 26?
The site can’t seem to decide.
Nor can it decide whether the couple’s been dating for “several months” or a “year.”
Or whether the two want to “keep their relationship under wraps” or go “public.”
At least the site links to a conveniently dead Twitter account for Blakewell and promises “more and more pictures” of her with Pattinson “as soon as we get them!”
Gossip Cop is holding our breath… but only because this site’s garbage “exclusive” reeks.

You continue to bring attention, and therefore a sick kind of validity, to the gossip about this person. You are debunking nothing, You’re simply repeating what is being said, and then eyerolling. So, how long did it take your site to become part of the problem it professed to want to combat?
Hey, I heard he met Jennifer Aniston in a hotel room, painted himself with cherry flavor lipgloss, put on his favorite Carmen Miranda hat, and danced nekkid on the balcony.
Will you debunk this next? Maybe feature it with a big photo and tag it as “Robsten” so the search engines will pick it up?
i wouldn’t laugh so much at the second rumor if I were you, Gossipcop. The girl is a chatterbox and has more than once posted pictures of the two of them. Want to know something else? She is pregnant.

Maybe Rob and Kris aren’t really a couple. Maybe it is just really really great acting. lol I’ve seen the pics of Kelly Blakewell and she looks like a bimbo. Personally I hope Kristen isn’t with Rob. I’ve said it many times before that she deserves better.

Those pictures that are being mentioned were photoshopped! Besides it wasn’t of him kissing her it was of her kissing him on the cheek. Those pictures have since been removed and the twitter page has been deleted. The user on another gossip site has posted links of the original pictures excluded the supposed girlfriend. I just don’t get that if he has been with girl for several months now, why was he spotted in London and NY with Kristen? While in London after the Burberry fashion show Kristen attended, a politician spotted them at a Pub and he even Tweeted about it. He said that they were sitting very close deep in conversation and there was a few kisses between them and they left in separate cars. He’s dating someone but i doubt it’s Kelly Blakewell. I’m more torn between TomStu or Kristen which he has been pictured with on several occasion and not photoshopped in.

Gossip Cop spells out the contradictions that that crazed site has written. In other words let me break it down with an eye roll, “PICK ONE STORY ABOUT ROB AND STICK TO IT” LOL! The site keeps switching their story. IT’S DEBUNKED! What on earth do you want Gossip Cop to write. They just told you that the site keep telling different stories about the same thing. YOU CAN’T DO THAT. Duh. I’m rolling my eyes having to explain this.
I’m not going to try to convince anyone that Rob and Kristen are a couple because they are and there’s plenty of evidence of it but you just cannot lead the blind to water LOL! So believe what you want. The more people don’t believe, they’ll leave them alone so they can have some privacy. That’s what true fans of them want…they want them to be left alone to have their relationship in private and it seems to be working because fools still don’t believe they are together. But enough said about that.

I am actually criticizing their exploitation by this very site, which posts circulating gossip about them and then fingerwags and says “nu uhh”. You do understand that by not actually providing evidence that these rumors are false, they are simply perpetuating them, don’t you? And you do understand that with every post they make that mentions Robert and Kristen’s names, they picked up by search engines and bring more hits to their site, don’t you? So by posting something insubstantial like this, they are feeding their coffers, not diffusing the rumor.

Honestly, this 2nd rumor is quite easy to debunk if you have a practical mind and a bit of common sense! Honestly, Robert is one of (if not THE) most photographed men in the world! Paparazzi are camped out 24/7 to get THE million dollar money shot of either him with Kristen… or him with anyone! If they could get paid thousands to get “THE” shot of Rob slipping up, you bet they would be on top of it WAY more than anyone on these blogs who claim to know “sources”. Rob’s stated several times that he doesn’t DO anything much. And if they can’t produce a saucy picture, he’s probably right! Also, if this woman had actual pictures of her and Rob, those too would sell to the tabs for thousands. Why do those photos not somehow “slip” out to Life & Style or OK Magazine if they are valid?
The poor guy has been working nonstop for the past couple of year now. Unless he’s some sort of time warping magician, how does he manage to do all the work he does, carry on a “pretend” relationship with Kristen (being seen quite by chance in so many places in the UK and US) AND be carrying on another super secret actual relationship. Please get some sense and some perspective!
It seems like most of the Rob fans have TheReal411 —-Here is the page with videos that debunk the lies about Rob and support the rumors about Kristen. This guy has been slimed enough and misrepresented by the Robsten shippers, Awful Truth jaded bull spreaders and to some extent Summit. They put Rob on lock down and put minders on him…why??? The hype about them has been a cover up.
DON’T believe anything that you have not heard Rob say in an original unedited interview or in photos that have not been altered and PhotoShopped. Rob is a really nice and decent guy and should not be lied about 24/7. His faith, family and sense of humor have helped him handle the massive character assignation and downright nasty lies about him not to mention paparazzi harassment. .
He is not gay, married, dating Kristen, a womanizer or impregnating women. Anyone who listens to his interviews or watches him from early on Twilight set 2008 until now can see that he is a nice and sweet guy. His fans want to see more of him and for the lies and PR bull stories to end. Remember Me did not get the support from the Twi fan base as it should have because the mainly moral and traditional fan base that includes many Mormons and Catholics, got turned off by all the lies and gossip. A movies series based on a simple love story that has no sex, gore, violence, America bashing or bad language has mostly decent, romantic and moral people supporting it. The more they see Rob falsely linked with Kristen….the less cool he is seen. She is troubled and trouble.
The more they believe that he is a man whore, the less the fan base finds him appealing. He base is teens and their moms who like the message of true love, commitment, abstinence, manners, redemption and the hereafter. Is our society so sick and twisted that a nice young guy who was candid and told the truth “I’m a Catholic and celibate” see the videos linked has to be slimed, mocked and not believed. People….believe what he says. Rob is really dazzling in real life.
For once the nice guy did finish first and go from lost and broke to star, fame, fortune and adored by millions. By the way, he brought Camilla Belle to Twi premier and has been friends with her for a long time. She is classy, smart, happy, witty, talented, Catholic, beautiful and kind justT like him.
Rob cares about his reputation, future career, family and health. He is sensitive, smart, talented, kind and funny. If anybody would just watch and read his interviews …it’s clear that he is a refreshing, well raised, moral young man that is just starting to bloom and find himself. For Pete’s sake people…he is young and although he looks like a man, up until this year he was silly and shy around girls. That is what the details photo shoot was about …to get him over his natural reaction to being in intimate situations while acting.
He has his head on straight and is refreshingly nice. Rob is not a saint, but his grace, manners, gentleness, humility and humor are admirable under such incredible attention. The progressives in Hollywood don’t like moral nice people of faith….they are trying to destroy him now that he has officially arrived.
The guy has it all —looks, talent, personality, intelligence,wit and charm. Cheers to Rob for grace under fire!

Geez, it’s like he’s in a twenty-something prison protecting everyone’s interests and profits. So unfair. I wish he could date and have fun normal moments without splitting the fan base, being paranoid, crunching profits or subjecting himself or anyone to the tabloid shredding.
What’s he supposed to do – live on a compound and import potential GFs, constantly recycle past GFs, or take a stab in the dark and trust a new interest and hope none of them sell him out for 50K to People Magazine when their feathers get ruffled? What a nightmare.
