Phone-y Lady Gaga Cell Claim

Gossip Cop sometimes wonders if inaccurate stories are the result of a bad game of telephone.
Perhaps that could explain this piece from The Sun, which claims, “Wacky singer Lady Gaga is scared of using a mobile phone – in case it FRIES her brain.”
According to the tab, Lady Gaga – who has a song named “Telephone,” and uses one in the music video – “gets one of her entourage to key in numbers for her. They then hold the phone away from her head when she speaks.”
Gaga’s supposed hangup stems from her fear of getting a brain tumor, and a so-called source adds that “even though there’s no firm evidence” of a cancer link, “it’s really freaked her out. ”
Interesting, but this story doesn’t ring true.
A source close to Gaga (though not holding her phone) tells Gossip Cop the report is “ridiculous.”
The tabs need to dial down their phone-y Lady Gaga stories.
