Lady Gaga ‘SNL’ Performance Of “Million Reasons” – WATCH VIDEO
Lady Gaga sang “Million Reasons” on this week’s “SNL.” The song is the second single she released from her new album Joanne. See the video below of Lady Gaga’s performance of “Million Reasons” on “Saturday Night Live.”
Lady Gaga has now been the musical guest on “SNL” four times. The singer first appeared on the program in 2009, alongside guest host Ryan Reynolds. She came back in 2011 to be musical guest when “Saturday Night Live” was hosted by Justin Timberlake. And in 2013, Lady Gaga was not only the show’s performer, but she was also its host.
In addition to performing “Do What U Want” and “Gypsy” three years ago, Lady Gaga also appeared in a number of sketches. In one skit, she played an Apple “Genius Bar” employee who’s told by Kanye West (played by Jay Pharoah) that she’s no “genius” like him or Kim Kardashian. And in another bit, which was an ad for an album called the “Worst Cover Songs Of All Time,” Lady Gaga played herself covering Madonna’s “Express Yourself,” which many believe she ripped off for “Born This Way.”
This marks the first Lady Gaga has sung “Million Reasons” on TV. She did, however, perform the single earlier this month at a bar in Nashville and a couple of days ago at The Bitter End in New York. The song, which dropped two weeks ago, peaked at 76 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
