I think they do it by euthanize. Rather than keeping dogs/cats locked up in animal shelters or running free, they choose to kill them.

Not that she will ever read this, but I honestly thought Lady Gaga had class even though she appears to be way out on the outer limits, BUT buying fur coats, regardless of the cost, makes a person want to wretch, big time. I have one of those jackets and it is indeed warm without being cumbersome. And, a vegetarian diet, is not for me. Severe anemia results. I have lived on a farm. I have plucked chickens, I have cried when one was killed. Yes, it demands investigation and humane treatment. Those animals ‘had a life.’. I think we should all be like native Americans and honor their life and consider them a part of our self. However PETA is just a nasty tool. They aren’t interested in creating a more harmonious system, they are concerned with power and money and manipulating the sheep to laud them, while they objectify women.

Sorry, we’re going to have to disagree about this. I’ve had friends work at meat packing plants and so I know what they do to those poor helpless cows, but that won’t stop me eating hamburgers. I also know about the toxic fumes that are spewed out into the air from automobiles, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop driving my car.

This is not about PETA!!!!!This is about us! Society! And in this case, one of us! Animals were here way before us,, and this is your way to respect them?! We are humans and are we behave like that?! Animals does not belong to us, in any way!!! A specially not in the way we decide to treat them!

I know people who are eating meat and still do not feel the need to wear fur. Fur is manufactured in poor regions mainly, where there is no other jobs, and we often see workers behave worst then the animals they skinning alive, for little money they got. To see animal shake, still alive , after it got skinned, will make stronger type puke. There is such a thing like ‘ extreme’. And we don’t need to go there. So people who eat meet are not going to do whatever they can just because they are meat lovers. And you know what, everyone who is normal decent human being got that. But we can always see some ” philosopher” who is trying to explain why “shit is good thing to eat”! This world is not about personal approaches. Not any more. It is one multi-corporation superstore. In that store,,money are the only value. Morals doesn’t count any more. Small labourers skinning animals with butcher murderous hand, unable to see them as living organism, all they see are money that are tight and reduced between them and handlers and distributors. Thanks to the demand and trying to survive, this planet are left in a mess without less species every day. Animals cannot feed themselves as there is not enough natural food, and they are in a run between trusting a human or die of hunger. Nature and life is a cycle of balance. Result of such a slather will affect us all. We all share this planet! So to actually need to explained why should we protect animals instead of killing them shows the state of civilisation.
