Lady Gaga: “Furious” Paris Concert Canceled & Two Employees Arrested

Lady Gaga just tweeted she’s “furious and devastated” her Paris concert tonight has been canceled, and that two of her employees have been arrested by authorities in Paris.

As a result of the snow storms in France, authorities were not allowing big trucks to pass through Paris, and without her  needed equipment, Gaga’s concert tonight had to be nixed.

Gaga tweeted, “All 28 of my trucks for the Monsterball were detained by the French government going on over 26 hrs, 2 of my employees were arrested trying to get into Paris so we could perform. I am furious and devasted, its unfair to my fans and to me.”

The singer further wrote, “I asked if I could do a stripped version of show, but there would be no sound or power source, its all been detained. I’m so sorry, angry+sad.”

Along with a twitpic, Gaga later tweeted, “I love Paris + I love my French fans. I’m sorry little monsters. A photo of storm, I’m stuck on bus.”

The concert is rescheduled for Tuesday.

    Idiot. massive storms going across Europe. People dying and she is trying to make drivers drive these massive trucks across the country. Risking their lives. Why does she NEED 28 TRUCKS????? I read reports, saw posts from people in France and they said the weather in the country was really bad. Okay, maybe in the city, where Perez was, was okay, but out in the country, it is killing people. (Perez of course sided with GaGa). I would think the people of France would not close the roads just for the fun of it. Or, EVERYONE IN FRANCE HATES GAGA AND PEREZ, LETS GET EVEN BY CLOSING THE ROADS. I am sure her ‘people’ did something to get arrested. Yes, they were probably listening to her, probably were, do this or get fired, BUT YOU HAVE TO OBEY THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE IN. You know, Gaga, not that she is reading this, but try this in one of the ARAB countries. You will not be let off so easily. They do not like us.
