Lady Gaga to Be Subject of Lifetime Biopic

Lifetime is developing a biopic about Lady Gaga, Gossip Cop has learned.

It’s currently titled, “Fame Monster: The Lady Gaga Story,” and it’s based on the Maureen Callahan book, “Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga.”

Basically, the proposed TV-movie would chronicle the superstar’s life from when she was Stefani Germanotta until she became the music sensation known as Lady Gaga.

The singer is not involved in any way with the project.

    No, I would not watch this. I do like some of her songs, but I cant stand her. She is so fake and so out for attention all the time. And she makes everything about her. When she said she saw the planes hit the WTC from her HS in NYC, I had to laugh. Her HS is on the upper east side and is about 4 stories high, and she would not have been on the playground in some strict catholic school at 9am! Not to mention she also said she had no friends, and there are pics of her online going to the prom looking totally normal with about 8 friends. She is so fake and tries to make every issue, including bullying all about her. She is a rich, privledged woman, who pretends she came from some middle class Italian family, when her mom is not Italian at all, but some rich high society woman.

    I don’t think I’d watch it either. She doesn’t interest me in the least. I’ll listen to her songs if they’re on, fine. But I won’t choose to learn about her. Every star has to pull the “Jenny from the block” card at some point in their career. Ugh.

    Since when does social stature decide whether or not you get bullied? How about you look into the things she was bullied for. She’s never said she had “no friends” she said she had very few close friends in high school… which follows right along with the story.

    Also, you can see the towers from the Upper East Side. I attend college out there, and the sight is visible. Do you not remember how tall the towers were???

    She does not make it about her. Spending $40k just to meet witth the President for a short while to bring up the topic of bullying because of one of her fans does not reflect making every issue about herself.

    Her family worked for their money and she/they didn’t just wake up one day shitting out dollars. What, do you think people don’t work for their money? Please.

    I absolutely loved this book and would love to see it on film! Lady Gaga is an inspiration and there will always be idiots like the one above who are too closed off to look past certain things and realize the great impact she has on society. Love you Gaga <33333
