There’s another “X Factor” judges shake-up in the works.

L.A. Reid is set to leave the show after season 2 concludes next week.

“I have decided that I will not return to ‘The X Factor’ next year,” he tells “Access Hollywood.”

He continues, ”I have to go back — I have a company to run that I’ve kind of neglected.”

The music exec, who has been with the show from the get-go, plans to focus exclusively on his job as chairman of Epic Records.

There has been no word as to whether fellow judges Britney Spears or Demi Lovato plan to stay on for season 3.
