Kylie Jenner Gets “Sanity” Tattoo, Uses Wrong Phonetic Spelling (PHOTO)
Kylie Jenner apparently wanted to add some sanity to her life when she recently got a new tattoo, but she may not have succeeded. Check out the photo below!
On Instagram late Sunday, the 18-year-old showed off her new ink: “sanity” spelled phonetically on her right hip. Written in red, it appears to be “|’sa-nə-tê|.” Jenner credited famed tattoo artist Bang Bang for the work, and on his page, a number of commenters have called him out for using the wrong symbols. The way the misspelled art work currently is, it doesn’t actually say “sanity” as intended.
The new tat seems to match one Jenner had done on her left hip in early November. It’s unclear if that one perhaps reads “insanity” phonetically, as the picture shared was too far away for the word to be clearly deciphered. As Gossip Cop reported at the time, Jenner’s session with Bang Bang also raised concerns after she used the tattoo gun herself to give him a crown, violating health rules.
Jenner’s technically incorrect tattoo isn’t the only thing she flaunted this weekend. As Gossip Cop reported, the teen shared photos of a new diamond ring and let speculation run rampant until declaring on her website that she’s “not engaged.” See the new tattoo picture below, and tell us what you think.
