Kristin Cavallari: Brody Jenner Relationship on The Hills Was Scripted

Kristin Cavallari has revealed that her romantic relationship with Brody Jenner portrayed on “The Hills” was staged.

In a Twitter Q & A on Thursday, one fan asked the new mom, “Was the whole you and Brody FWB [Friends With Benefits] just a storyline for The Hills?!”

Cavallari replied, “Yes! sorry to say :(”

Last week, the show’s star Lauren Conrad admitted to Allure that MTV also edited her relationship with Jenner to appear more serious than it actually was.

    People are deluding themselves if they think that ANY of the reality shows are actually real. More former stars need to come out and be honest.

    You mean reality television is scripted?, well duh! You would have to have a brain the size of a pea to be entertained by and believe what you see on reality tv.

    Pretty much everything on that show was scripted, including the parts about certain cast members not getting along. The producers drummed up drama. More drama=More ratings.

    most of the hills’ prequel Laguna Beach is not entirely scripted though. believe it or not.. they cut out the profanity part. like when some girl gave some guy a blow job and when somebody’s got arrested (curfew, underage drinking, substance abuse etc) and the parts when the girls shared secrets and physical fights and serious meltdowns and camping and bonfire and that the alleged nemesis actually talked though awkwardly. the producers hired these kids to go camping. and everybody does not have a jacuzzi and a pool in their houses. stephen, taylor have jobs and they’re not as rich as lc, kristin.
