Kristen Stewart And Alicia Cargile Are NOT Secretly Married, Despite Report
Kristen Stewart and her gal pal Alicia Cargile are not “secretly married,” despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop looked into it, and we’re told there’s no truth to the claim.
According to OK!, when Stewart brought her Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner to the Los Angeles premiere of her film American Ultra, “She may have chosen Taylor to protect a secret: that she recently married her girlfriend, Alicia Cargile.” The tabloid then alleges it has an “eyewitness,” who overheard her saying at the film’s afterparty, “I miss my wife.” The magazine, which literally has no other details, then writes, “It’s unlikely that the actress will formally announce the nuptials.”
Maybe it’s unlikely because, despite the tabloid’s sensational claim, Kristen Stewart is NOT “secretly married.” In fact, she’s not married at all.
Isn’t it amazing how tabloids like OK! seem to always have an “eyewitness” who magically overhears stuff at loud parties that no one else ever hears nor is ever confirmed later as true? A skeptic might even think that the tabloid made up the story.
Gossip Cop couldn’t find a marriage license anywhere for Stewart, and an insider laughed off the “secretly married” claim. However, we did find a lot of inaccurate stories about her, courtesy of OK!.
In fact, the tabloid’s track when it comes to Stewart is pretty abysmal. Remember, this is the same tabloid that said she was having a baby with Robert Pattinson in 2012. It’s also the fact-challenged magazine that alleged she was going bald and doing a movie called 90 Church with Rupert Sanders. Much like those past stories, it’s current claim about her being “secretly married” to Alicia Cargile is also untrue.
