I think the main problem for the Twilight fans is that she showed way more intimacy with this man then she has with Robert in all the time they were together. This video just shows how far into denial KSkank’s fans are. They’re always been obsessed with every personal detail and when they didn’t get what they wanted, as in clear evidence of PDA, they made manips and concocted fantasy scenarios to go with dark, blurry pics.

I think you are very lucky and you and your wife must love eachother very much. I personally have never experienced cheating, I’ve been married for 8 years and I think that it would be very difficult for me to trust my husband again if I he ever had an “indiscretion”. I beleive the pain would be too much to take. I also think that the pain you inflict when you cheat on someone must be unforgivable even to yourself. Kristen didn’t look cornered, trapped, scared or even concerned. She looked like exactly what she was; a woman enjoying being embraced, kissed, groped and practically mounted by a man. In half the pictures she’s smirking, smiling or, he’ll, even laughing. In the pictures where Sanders is grinding on her, she’s arching into him and essentially simulating sex with him. In the car, she’s openly playing with him, flexing and laughing and flirting.

I think it’s pretty obvious Kristen was bored. She alluded to this in several recent interviews. She may have even felt a bit trapped. Rob put her on a pedestal, and the fans were obsessed with the relationship. That’s a lot of pressure for anybody, especially when you start doubting the relationship and feeling like it’s time to move on.

Whether or not Kristen is “dying” to get back together with Rob remains to be seen. This may just be a PR tactic from her rep to generate sympathy.

I’m a major fan and I have to agree- think of Monica Lewinsky- no matter what else she did in life, you think of her and the president. The pictures are hard to match up to the story, and the Kristen we know but often times we just don’t know people and no one knows what it is like to live in the world KS has the past few years, it is unprecedented. When all the marriage reports seemed to pick up, that was a tip off to me there was something up and then the ET Canada interview -Rob seemed openly hostile to Kristen and she tried hard to laugh if off. They are wonderful children who have grown into responsible, caring adults that are conscious about making the world a better place. Hey there!! I honestly don’t believe any of the people involved were looking to risk their relationships. I think they are all in on this. I also think that is why there truly have no been no statements (that can be verified) from reps of anyone, family, friends, etc. Perhaps its still just the optimist in me that everything is fine — and then the other side of me that just wants to say “in your face” to all those people who have called Kristen horrible things on these pages. I would not want any of those people to be my friend or in my family. There is a time and a place to just keep your mouth shut. Or that she partied the night away at the Chateau Marmont with an unidentified guy and then was papped at the airport on her way back to Vancouver with huge bags under her eyes and dark circles that they couldn’t even cover up with make up for BD1.

Or that she had many temper tantrums on the set of Eclipse, and the reshoots had to be shut down for a day because she was so argumentative with the director (who refused to do any commentary for the DVD by the way, and never says anything about Stewart).

Or that she’s really unprofessional and has a bad reputation in the entertainment industry. Or that Jake Scott said directing her was like trying to herd cats.

Or that she is bisexual and has been with many women over the years. Or that her best friend, Britiney Coy is a porn star. Or that Scout Compton is her lesbian lover. Or that she cheated with Garrett Hedlund, jetting to London to spend time with him while Rob was filming in Toronto, Or that she went to the LA film festival with Garrett instead of flying to Canada to see Rob.

If you believe thy didn’t have sex, you need to take another look at thos pictures… the full set. That is not the intimacy level of two people engaging in exploratory or first-time touching. They are pretty much simulating sex in some of the pics.

There have been a lot of rumors about Rob too. People say there are no pictures so it didn’t happen. I want to know, do you actually have pictures of her having intercourse with this sleaze. K2~ there have been reports that he has spoken with her by phone. But, like everything else, those are based on ” reports by sources close to…” and we know how reliable those are.

but sometimes people cheat for stupid reasons. i know an exuses are always shit in these situations but sometimes you need to see it from their point of view. for example when i was 18 my dad cheated on my mum because she was always work late and i am she would leave at 8am and come home at like 11pm. he thought she was cheating they got into a big argument and he ended up cheating on her because he thought he lost her so he tried to move on before she could hurt him. they seeked help and they worked through it. i know what he did was wrong so did my mum and so did my dad but they worked on their relationship and their still happy.

my mum told me when i asked her why did she take him back she said “sometimes in situations like these you have to trust your heart and not your head and what society thinks. At the end of the day your heart will be the one that suffers and not theirs.”

Robert Pattinson has been cheating on Kristen Stewart since the start of their relationship. He hooked up with Megan Fox AFTER the Twilight premiere in Tokyo when he first got together with Kristen. He was sleeping with Nikki Reed at the start of New Moon filming and Ashley Greene all throughout. He hooked up with that Erika Dutra chick in Cannes that year and Camilla Belle in NYC when she went to visit him there during Remember Me filming. There were rumors of him and Emilie de Ravin having and on-set fling that same summer during filming. He was cheating with Ashley Greene again during Eclipse filming that fall while Kristen was on set. There were the rumors of him leaving Leighton Meester’s apartment in NYC early the next year. He cheated with some burlesque dancer Caroline Jones during Bel Ami filming in London causing him to be late for Eclipse reshoots and also his co-star Natalia Tena who he’d already had a history with before too.

He cheated with Lindsay Lohan during Water for Elephants filming in LA that summer at Las Palmas and was photographed with bartender Nancee Bingenheimer from Saddleranch crawling all over this lap poolside at a hotel that July after Kristen had already left for Montreal to begin On the Road filming. There were rumors that he was going to co ke parties in Malibu and hooking up with sk anks like Teresa Palmer then too. He continued seeing Ashley Greene in Baton Rouge and was hooking up with Maggie Grace during Breaking Dawn filming while they back in Vancouver, spotted leaving her hotel frequently while Kristen was in LA. There was the Russian model Ana Colja who was interviewed saying how she’d been ‘close’ with Rob since attending the Oscars with him years back and they still saw each other all the time and were very happy together.

He was hooking up with his director David Cronenberg’s youngest daughter Caitlin during Cosmopolis filming that following summer, hitting lots of late night hot spots and parties “spreading their DNA” all over Toronto together. Kristen was asked not to visit him on location at this time. He was hooking up with LA bar sk anks like that Shea Marie chick who tweeted she shared “Jameson and Gingers” with him at Jimmy Fallon’s Emmy after-party and went back to Rob’s house to hang out following. There were all the bars he was hitting in Los Feliz and Silverlake closing them down at 2-3am every night while Kristen was busy in London filming Snow White and the Huntsman, girls tweeting about sharing drinks and ciggies with him on the patio and him flirting it up with them. He only visited London once while Kristen was filming in his hometown and not again until the very end after he’d finished the international promo tour for Breaking Dawn 1.

There were the Sarah Roemer hook up pics and word that she went home with him from Soho House after they’d been partying with friends all night there and at La Poubelle. There were the Katy Perry texting stories that he’d been trying to console and hook up with her after her break up with Russel Brand–something that Kristen completely covered for him for I might add. There were the Lindsay Lohan cheating rumors AGAIN after that (didn’t believe those were true though-Linsday is too gross now even for bottom feeders like Pattinson). He gave an interview saying he frequented the KittyKat Club in Berlin when he was in town-a known fetish club where people openly engage in lewd acts and group sex.

Some of this sh it is going to come to light and it’s going to bite Rob in the azz if he dumps Kristen for this thing with her director. This is not going to go away and it’s going to get worse for him before it gets better. If he forgives he and takes her back (at least publicly) he might be able to avoid the backlash. Otherwise they’re going to start coming out of the woodwork against him and it’s going to be Tiger Woods all over again. She’s the one who got caught, but he’s been doing it for a long long LONG time before this. While these stories of him hooking up with other woman haven’t yet been 100% proven with high definition pictures (because there have been multiple sightings by fans and random people of him with these and other women), he’s only gotten a free pass on all this so far because Kristen has always stuck by him through it all and looked the other way despite the constant cheating surrounding him.

This is not going to go away if he dumps her. He’s going to reap a huge backlash so he’d better think wisely before condeming her for something that he’s done since the beginning of their ‘relationship.’ She’s not the only guilty party here. If he wants to keep this all under wraps and out of the mainstream media (as in not just in the comments section on gossip sites), then he’d better be careful. Kristen was stupid with how she handled her affair. Will Rob be smarter than she was? We shall see.

The Grand Punk- Part 2 (for part 2 see comments to GP’s Separating Facts and Fiction Part 1 & 2.

Sometimes when things seem too unbelievable to be true, they are just that: not worthy of belief.

I think this whole was dreamed up and brilliantly executed by Rob, Kristen, and Rupert and that the celebrity gossip machine is about to get punked bigtime. It’s a big payback for all the crap they have had to put up with for years. And I think there is also something even more significant behind it.

In Part 1 earlier we examined the context of the “scandal” and the version of events according to FameFly Net, the paparazzi firm that purportedly photographed it. In Part 2, we critically examine that version of events and their photographic evidence.

Be warned, I know some of you are loath to look at them. But if you are interested in learning the truth, look at them very carefully indeed.
Let’s start with what I’ll call the CAR MAKE OUT SESSION photos and Fame Fly Net’s version of events.

a. How does Rupert get to the area and into the car where the car makeout session happens? Per FameFlyNet’s version, Kristen is already there in place waiting for him, the pap is watching and waiting, and has followed her there intentionally because he was “curious” as to why she is there. Remember, Kristen purportedly dropped Rupert near his house at the end of the day so if you believe that you have to wonder how did Rupert get there in the first place? Take a cab? Walk? Materialize from thin air? Irrespective of that, why would Kristen wait alone for Rupert in an rundown area of town in an abandoned warehouse area (dangerous???) for 15 minutes if she was really there all alone? And most importantly, why wasn’t Rupert’s arrival photographed. The minute anybody or any car approaches Kristen’s Mini Cooper, you would expect that that paparazzi’s shutter is going to be flying.
But yet, we don’t get one photo of his arrival or entry into the car as he “slips discreetly” into the car (See LA Times article and FameFlyNets version of events). And precious few others were taken while she was purportedly there for seemingly minutes. What kind of pap is this? Ran out film? Ran out batteries? What’s the deal with this paparazzi? Not paying attention? Can’t identify Rupert. No video camera?

And if there are other pictures or video, why is US Magazine or FameFlyNet holding them back if they have more of them. Some may argue that they are holding them back to drag out the story and make more of it and more off of it. That they will be released later. Perhaps, but it doesn’t exactly make you warm and fuzzy about their credibility does it. And the claim from PopSugar is that they have all the photos. So if they have more, cough them up. The burden of persuasion is on them. And until they do if they exist at all, based on what little they have provided thus far, it’s a little bit early to be calling someone a whore, a homewrecker, a trampire, or anything else.

b. Why were the photos released in a scrambled order and why are they incomplete? The scrambling is obvious if you look at what order they are in when they were provided. This may seem like a minor matter, but it certainly doesn’t help clarify what really happened that day. There should be many more photos and video for that matter. Yet they intentionally try to make it difficult to comprehend the sequence of events. As other have rightly pointed out, other than the version of events provided by them, how do we know whether the car makeout session happened first and the overlook second, or the other way around. (More on that in Part 3 of the Grand Punk) The mere photos themselves do not establish the sequence of events.

c. What do the photos actually show? Much has been made of what people think appears in the photos as opposed to what you actually see when you look at them. Close face to face proximity, Kristen flexing her bicep, suggestions they are kissing, but certainly nothing showing how he is “kissing all over her body” as they claim. That line in FameFlyNet’s version of events is intentionally designed to titillate people’s sexual imagination, but the photos themselves fall far short. As much as some have wanted to see oral sex happening here, you sure can’t see it in these photos unless you want to use your imagination. But is that what the evidence shows? Ever sat in the front of a mini Cooper? Not impossible but there is a reason they call it a mini. I challenge anyone to show us which photos proves that Rupert went down or Kristen or that she ever removed an item of her clothing during the entire incident, whether it be her shirt, her bra, her sweatpants, or anything else.

d. And what of the reflection in the car door? See this one for an example and look at the rest. http://www.popsugar.com/Kristen-Stewart-Rupert-Sanders-Kissing-Pictures-24239774?slide=51 Where is the photographer in the reflection? He has to somewhere? And irrespective of where he is in this one or in any of the others or what angle he is to the car, note how the building shown in the reflection in Kristen’s door is relatively close. This is not a high powered telephoto shot taken from great distance. There is not enough room for the photographer to stay hidden as he or she takes the photo. And yet they are not there, they simply disappear. And don’t tell me he’s on the roof of the building. The angle is wrong, and remember, he was just casually following Kristen, how does he know he needs to bring a ladder to climb buildings.

e. Following up on d. above, both Kristen and Rupert would have had to have known that the photographer was there. Unless of course he or she was invisible which we know can’t be the case. Both of them look to the camera. See PopSugar 31 and 47 where Kristen turns and looks to the camera and Rubert eyes the camera. This building reflection appears in every photo of the car makeout session provided, making it clear that all of them are from one and only one location.

e. Why no video? When so many of these cameras provide that capability or these paparazzi have easy access to a video camera. To busy taking photos? Then why aren’t there more photos of them in and around the car?

f. And finally, the entire FameFlyNet version of events is that Kristen is so into Rupert and so out of control. Yet the only photos we get of her actual face are two partials that show anything but passion, the two bicep flex photos Popsugar #4 and 52, and # 31 where she looks back in the direction of the camera with a look that would be impossible to describe as passionate.

WHAT OF THE OTHER MAKEOUT LOCATION PHOTOS BEFORE THEY REACH HOLLYWOOD OVERLOOK?

a. As much as FameFlyNet and US Magazine try to imply that Kristen and Rupert drove all over town looking for places to make out, their photos fail to establish any other location was involved in terms of them making out with each other other than at the overlook. Zilch! Zero!. Nada! Despite the original paparazzi’s call for reinforcements, no photos, no description, no video, no details, nothing as to any other place. This assertion is completely unsubstantiated. And if not, why not?

WHICH TAKES US TO THE HOLLYWOOD OVERLOOK

a. How do paparazzi now numbering four according to FameFlyNet and US, even get into a position to be able to see what they see and why don’t they see and film more? This should have been the most photographed scene in history of celebrity photags, and yet all we get is roughly 27 photos, many of them innocuous? (See PopSugar 3,8,13,23,55) We should have this incident from multiple views, videos, with virtually everything but sound, and instead we get the slop that everyone has gotten so excited about, which is a very limited slice of “reality” if it’s reality at all. If there are other pictures or video US Magazine, bring them on. But in the current absence, the burden of persuasion as to the truth of their assertions remains on US Mag & FameFlyNet. And there is nothing worse than a claim based on a partially told story.

b. In one of them, Rupert is standing sort of looking over the guardrail with a …. CELLPHONE ??? to his ear. Am I seeing things or is that what it looks like. Take a look at PopSugar #55. Did he decide to take a break from his marathon makeout sessions to make a call or two? And what about Kristen in the same photo, is she on a call as well?.

c. Another thing I noticed as an avid photographer was the remarkable clarity, depth of field, and a lack of lens distortion of any kind in the overlook photos particularly. Compare these images to what you see at the car makeout session. Long telephoto lenses, particularly super longs, when shooting from a distance tend to flatten perspective making everything that is in focus seem like it is closer to the same plane, not to mention flattened depth of field. They are also harder to hand hold (which leads to camera shake bluriness) because the angle of view of the lens is so narrow. And lens and barrel distortion as well as other design issues with even modern high tech lenses can lead to a deterioration of the image. Especially when you are zooming at the farther end of a telephoto.

Why is this important? Something tells me that this camera is a lot closer to them at the overlook than it was at the car makeout session and again too close for the photographer to evade observation. Unless of course they were posing for them and not worried about the photographer standing there.

I am not saying that the images are completely fabricated. I am here focusing on the issue of how far the photographer was from the picture’s subjects when it was taken and what that may or may not suggest about whether they knew they were there.

d. Which leads to another observation about both sets of photos. Even if you accept what some have said about what they show, is there anything about them that definitively reveals whether they were authentic or whether Kristen and Rupert merely posed for them.

e. And let get right to it. The famed dry hump pictures. Of her but with her clothes on. Rupert is able to bring her to the heights of ecstacy without even taking off her clothes. Right. Again, maybe the delusions of some guy’s wet dream but utterly lacking in believability. Which is maybe why in several photos it appears that one or the other of them is laughing.

Look at them PopSugar 9???, 17 Rupert looks to the camera, 19,20,21, oh how passionate. 22 with Kristen leaning over with her hair flying. 35 my personal favorite, if this is a look of passion, I have never seen one like it before. 41 another Kristen hair flying leaner with both of them laughing. 43, 44, and the final hair flyer 50. Is this passion, someone’s imagination, or a joke.

f. Again, consider the context. Everything about this so called incident is so out of character for Kristen. Broad daylight, interlude in a public place without any attempt to hide her identity? This woman is probably among the most recognizable women on planet. And the object of every paparazzi’s desire. She knows it and she knows that she is constantly being followed. Why at the overlook is Kristen so obviously identifiable when people are so-calledly all over place interrupting their interlude?

People hiking, people walking dogs. People going to SEE THE HOLLYWOOD SIGN. No one could mistake identifying her, particularly in PopSugar #8, #23, and #55, and all the rest of them for that matter. And yet she continues the conduct in open view with no attempt to hide herself despite waving around Rob’s hat so that it could be seen. And no photos of her trying to avoid detection as FameFlyNet claims or photos of hikers or dog walkers interrupting them.

It took years for the paparazzi to even catch her holding hands with Rob (Paris tarmac) and years more to catch her in a long distance, blurry full-on make out session (in Montreal during OTR) and that is virtually the only time since other than at Cannes. Is she really going to parade around LA with a married guy with children guy twice her age and dry hump him for all the world to see? Is this in any way consistent with her character? It may be consistent with some guy’s demented wetdream, or some poor porno film, but it isn’t consistent with anything else we have seen from her before.

g. Well you could say that people act out of character every day and that she was madly in lust and couldn’t control herself. But if that were the case, why not just strip in the car and have real sex. Why not go into bushes at the overlook and have real sex. Why go out at all. Why not just get a hotel. If they were both so out of control, why is the contact between them so limited. Take a really close look at the pictures again at the overlook. Suggestive perhaps, but his hands are never anywhere inappropriate in the many where you can clearly see them. Hugging, spooning while standing, close face to face contact, smiling but not even kissing. Don’t fill in what you are seeing, just look at them. They looked posed, and not very posed at that. Remember, Hollywood is all about illusions.

h. Finally Kristen wears Rob’s favorite hat to her tryst and goes out of her way to make sure you see it multiple times. Interesting in one photo PopSugar 55, as she’s seen walking from the car to the overlook she obviously doesn’t have it, but apparently must go back to get it to get it to make sure it’s in the photos at the guardrail (See PopSugar,10,12, 14, 30, 32,40,51,54, and walking to Rupert in 55. And my personal favorites the money the US Magazine Money Shots 5 and 16. But no, the hat is missing in 8, 9, 17, 19,20,21, 22,28,35,41,43,44, and 50. I think that what they call a continuity error in the business.

And never in the entire incident at the overlook does she put it on her head to hid her identity in the entire sequence.

i. She even wears Rob’s sweatpants and uses them to let Rupert dry hump her in her clothes from the rear in broad daylight in a public place in front of the paparazzi that she obviously sees. And laughs and smiles about it for the cameras. After virtually never allowing photographers to so much as see her kissing Rob for over four years. That is about all I can stomach in terms of logic in one night.

The English tabloids are now publishing the pictures of the tryst between Kristen and Rupert Sanders. She met him within walking distance from his house by that fence in the Hollywood Hills. You see him walking to greet her when she arrives, her car is parked against the bushes. The pictures against the fence are intimate, no doubt about it. Most woman takes a shower and put on some makeup after a workout, very few woman likes to go outside, without any kind of makeup at all, and frankly I can’t see shes wearing much in the pics – they are TOO blurry – because they are taken with long-lenses from a distance.

#1 is unlikely. FameFlyNet claim they intentionally did not generally market the photos because they could get the best deal by going straight to US mag. since they had the resources to give them the best deal. Do you really think US wasn’t interested in buying a video if one existed?
#2 unlikely again. If you are trying to kill the story, buy the pictures (all of them) the video and shut the whole thing down. #3 is actually pretty funny and doesn’t merit further thought. Journalistic integrity concerns aside, of course someone would be willing to buy it, including US mag.
And # 4 It was set up by Kristen and Rupert (and Rob) and their is no video because they never intended to video it, or they video taped it to prove that it was all faked and we will see their video when they are good and ready to show it. what I think is that people should use their brains. You shouldn’t stand around waiting for someone else to spoon feed you what to believe whether they are US Mag, People, or the hundreds of other people who have expressed an opinion including me. These look like they could’ve been done the same way they got the so-called “intimate dinner in Munich” pics, taking the most incriminating looking stills from a video clip, and if those are the most incriminating, then KS is getting a raw deal. If not lying and not behaving in a way that hurts people, particularly people one loves, is expecting too much of ANYONE, then I weep for the future of the human race as a whole. I’ve expected those things; honesty and compassion, of every person I’ve ever known. I’ve expected it of my children since they were two and three years old and knew the difference between right and wrong. Yes, it is over dramatic. Most people get over something like this. An abused child, a victim of rape, famine and slavery… now those are things that are truly impossible to get over with. If you think Rob or Rup’s family are going through a hard time, then you have no idea about the ugly side of life. All this is trivial. @Jazz_Girl: You can’t EXPECT all those things from people. It’s impossible since that’s actually asking them to be perfect. What you described would create such a beautiful world, but the reality is we all make mistakes, we all make decisions we regret. I would rather people stop expecting the impossible of their loved ones and neighbors and try simply to inspire them to seek out for themselves this greatness you speak of. And when they do screw up, not to condemn them, but try to understand why they strayed or faceplanted, or whatever instead of kicking them like the proverbial downed horse. It’s so easy to love someone who’s perfect since there’s nothing to dislike. Loving someone who is struggling, who doesn’t have it figured out, someone who basically has failures is a true test of the heart and compassion. Anything short of that is intolerance towards those you claim to love. I think true love exists when you continually support someone who keeps trying to do good, even when they fail.

Sometimes when things seem too unbelievable to be true, they are just that: not worthy of belief.

I think this whole “scandal” was dreamed up and brilliantly executed by Rob, Kristen, and Rupert and that the celebrity gossip machine is about to get punked bigtime. It’s a big payback for all the crap Rob and Kristen have had to put up with for years. And I think there is also something even more significant behind it.

In Part 1 earlier we examined the context of the “scandal” and the version of events according to FameFly Net, the paparazzi firm that purportedly photographed it. In Part 2, we critically examined that version of events and their photographic evidence. I don’t know about you, but I think it’s pretty much human nature that when two people are into each other, and engaged in the kinds of activities that US Magazine wants us to believe happened here, they share a level of intimacy that usually includes lots of eye to eye contact. That is the essence of what we call “chemistry”, when a mere look between two people imparts a host of other information and communication between them without them even having to do or say much else. And as Kristen once said in an interview, it really is all in the eyes.
Part of what drew a lot of people into believing Rob and Kristen were the real deal in the first place was the eye contact they made over and over again at countless (not making a movie) events as their relationship developed.
Now let’s again take a look at what I have previously called the overlook makeout photos. According to FameFlyNet, Kristen & Rupert, had already previously engaged in this torrid marathon makeout session in her car at other locations that day and spent the afternoon driving around LA looking for places to make out. Yet, once they get to the overlook, find one picture where Kristen is actually making direct eye contact with Rupert. Don’t hurt yourself trying, there isn’t one. None. Nada. Not even as Kristen leaves her car and walks towards him. If you see one, tell me.
You could say that the photographers (remember four by now) somehow managed to miss that or at least failed to get a picture of that. But I have debunked that notion in earlier posts and don’t need to beat a dead horse.
The closest we get to any shared intimacy is the ridiculous dry humping photos I shredded in the last post and a couple of hugs, most where we don’t even hardly see her face and there is nary a furtive glance between them.
b. Another aspect of physical intimacy between people who are really into each other often is the need to touch each other, frequently manifested by hand holding, hand caresses, and in the extreme, intimate touching. Yet, in all of these photos at the overlook, the closest they get to an intimate touching with hands is in hugging, him with his hand on her arm pit or with hands on hands. There were plenty of opportunities (particularly during the dry hump) where Rupert could have touched her breasts, put his hand under her shirt or down her sweatpants for that matter, and yet none of that was ever photographed or provided. His hands are always in “appropriate” non-erogenous zones as are hers.
Well you could they are just both shy and retiring, but that would be ridiculous given their lengthy day time tryst, their plain view appearance at the overlook, and their purported willingness to dry hump each other in broad daylight. Just another aspect of these photos that doesn’t make sense at all.
c. Another aspect of two people who are being intimate with each other is their willingness to open themselves up and let each other invade their personal space. And I mean this quite literally. Not to be to coarse or crude about it, but to put it bluntly, it’s pretty difficult to have non-forced intercourse with a woman who fails to open her legs for you. Take a look at what Kristen’s body language says about her willingness to have Rupert between her legs. Note the rather odd configuration of Kristen’s legs in virtually all of the photos at the overlook. She is frequently turned at an angle to him or her feet are pointing in directions inconsistent with “come on in”, or appear to be planted right next to each other. Not definitive in isolation, but what does this say in relation to everything else?
d. I suppose all of this could be explained away as they had tired themselves out by that time in the day. But remember FameFly Net/US Magazine’s claim as they arrived at the overlook, after Rupert directs her where to park, and I quote:
“ By then it was 5:15 PM and the two stayed in the car, SLOUCHED DOWN AND KISSING LIKE TEENS AS NEIGHBORS HIKED BY. When it seemed quiet in the park, the two dared to leave the car to take in the view. Leaning against the guard rail, he embraced her from behind and caressed her hand and side, ‘She was swept up in the moment.’ But they kept their guard up. ‘A few people would walk by, and as soon as they heard a voice, they would split up and walk in other directions.’ When a group of people with a dog came along, the two RETREATED TO HER CAR TO KISS FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES before leaving’’. (internal quotes are US Magazine’s, not mine. All caps sections are mine for emphasis.)
Don’t hurt yourself trying to find the photographic or video evidence confirming these other portions of the overlook incident other than the guardrail photos. No kissing in the car as neighbors hike by, or twenty minutes of kissing in the car afterward, or of them splitting up as they kept their guard up. Nada. None. Only one of Kristen walking alone presumedly towards the guardrail PopSugar #23, leaving her car as Rupert is across the road PopSugar 8, and the cell phone calls photo PopSugar #55
e. And perhaps even more damming yet, if the photographers were secreting themselves and shooting with telephoto lens making their detection impossible, HOW COULD THEY TELL THAT “EVERYTIME THEY [Rupert and Kristen] HEARD A VOICE” they would split up….
This is FameFlyNet’s/US Magazine’s version of events, not mine. If they were close enough to hear the voices, they were too close to go undetected by Rupert and Kristen.

f. But it gets even better. Remember they claim its after 5:15 in the PM. Take a look at any of the car makeout photos which would have had to have been from earlier in the day if they are truthful. Compare PopSugar 47 and 48. The further the two of them (Kristen & Rupert) are in the car, the more they appear in the shadows. The lighting is from above, the sun, and it’s relatively high in the sky (closer to midday or so) or else the sun would illuminate further into the car and as it heads downwards towards sunset, across the car.

Now take a look at these three overlook photos ( PopSugar 8, 23, and 55) and carefully note the length of Kristen and Rupert’s shadow. 55 is probably the best, as Kristen is fully upright with a clean shadow. It’s obviously that her shadow is very short, significantly less than half her total body height. Ditto for him. Now rely on your trigonometric and astronomy knowledge, or for you math and astronomy challenged types, go to this handy little sun shadow applet at: http://www.jgiesen.de/sunshadow/index.htm .

If you plug in LA’s long/lat 34N 118W, check the dst box, and note that Kristen’s height is about 65 inches (reported as 5 feet 6). Per the calculation , her shadow should be about slightly longer than her actual height at a ratio of 10 to 10.86 at 4:00 PM. Even at 3:00 PM her shadow would be at about 2/3 of her height, 10 to 6.87. And at 1:00 PM her shadow should be at somewhat less than 4/10ths of her actual height. 10 to 4.18.

Her shadow in these photographs is nowhere near equal to her height and thus could not have been taken after 4:00 PM as they claim, but was taken much closer to about 1:00 PM. This is the best evidence yet that FameFlyNet is lying about its version of events. You can lie about what happened but you can’t defy the laws of physics.

g. And not to put to fine a point it, ditto with Kristen and Rupert sharing a final kiss as she eventually drops him off near his house after the alleged incident. No photos, no video, nothing.
h. Now some have argued that the photographers are holding back, that there really are more photos and video . That doesn’t change the above conclusions, but do you really think US Magazine or FameFlyNet is not going buy or control everything that these photographers have?
Unless, of course, the photographer or photographers are actually independent contractors, free lancers that called with a story and some photos. (I will expound on the significance of this issue at in Part4 later)
And even if it is the case, that something is being held back, at least for the time being, we have to assume they probably don’t exist since no one has seen them yet.
i. Which leads us to examine another aspect. Is the foot traffic in this area ever going to quiet down enough for Kristen and Rupert to feel safe to come out into the open. After all, it’s described as a well known over look to view the Hollywood sign and downtown LA. As it is getting later in the evening according to them, you would expect more people to be coming out, not less, as it closer to being after work, it’s likely cooling off, and we are closer to the night lights of LA. I’m not an expert by any means on any of this, but I am sure there are many of you out there that are. And US Magazine fails to identify exactly where this place is other than in Hollywood.
j. Let’s next turn to what purportedly happens after the incident. Remember, the president of FameFlyNet , in an interview with the LA Times he claims that none of the photogs even realized who Rupert was until they returned to the office and took a look at the photos. It wasn’t until they pulled materials from the Snow White premier that they realized what an incredible scoop they had uncovered. I’ll leave it to you to decide how truthful you think that is.
k. Once they did however, they moved rapidly to maximize their profit and avoid anyone else discovering the secret. Quoting from the LA Times:
“Even FameFlyNet knew what an effect the Stewart-Sanders shots could have and as such decided not to shop the pictures to multiple outlets. Agency owner Cosman said the move was in part to make sure that the secret wouldn’t get out before the story broke and because he knew Us Weekly had “a big budget and would pay a premium amount” for the shots.”
l. By July 24, rumors of the US magazine story were circulating and by the 25th, US magazine was releasing the money shots PopSugar #5 and 16 onto the web along with a version of the story.
Again, a apologize for the length of this post, but as we often see, it is easier to quickly tell a lie than than it is to correct it with the truth.
In Part 4 of the Grand Punk we will focus on those pictures and the madness that ensued. And begin to unravel what is really going on here.

FameFlyNet and US Magazine have never identified, never produced, and never subjected to cross examination the photographer or photographers that purportedly brought this story to them, riddled with holes and missing evidence. And yet tens of thousands of people feel free to go onto the web to call Kristen a whore, a homewrecker, and a cheat. I shudder to think what this says about our notions of justice and fairness and independent thinking. And dread the day when any of us are accused of wrongdoing.

I agree with all your points on Rob and Kris, but with Rupert? No way. Ever heard of Roman Polanski? Did raping a 13 year-old ruin his career? Go google him and see how many oscars and other awards he’s won. Besides, had you ever heard of Rupert Sanders before this scandal? Who pays attention to a director’s name unless it’s Spielberg or some other big name? If he’s a fame whore, he’d risk doing it. Women may be disgusted by what he did, but behind closed doors men are giving a wink and a nudge and saying, “How’d a guy like him get a young girl like her?” And if these are the only pictures that exist, he can explain them away to his wife. They clearly didn’t have sex in the car or outside. There is no proof of dry humping and oral sex (yet). No pictures of him “kissing all over her body” as was claimed or even touching any of her private parts. His wife is an actress and model. He could say, “Well, I’ve seen you do worse with other men in movies.” He’s the only one who has anything to gain from this.

The Grand Punk- Part 4
[NOTE: I have posted this to all four comment sections of GP’s Separating Fact From Fiction, Parts 1-4 see them for previous arguments as to why this “scandal” looks bogus. Refer to The Grand Punk, parts 1-3 there as well]

Fact for the day: The paparazzi who took the “scandal” photos intentionally lied about the place they were taken, the circumstances under which they were taken, and the time that they were taken.”

Sometimes when things seem too unbelievable to be true, they are just that: not worthy of belief.

I think this whole “scandal” was dreamed up and brilliantly executed by Rob, Kristen, and Rupert and that the celebrity gossip machine is about to get punked bigtime. It’s a big payback for all the crap Rob and Kristen have had to put up with for years. And I think there is also something even more significant behind it.

In Part 1 earlier we examined the context of the “scandal” and the version of events according to FameFly Net, the paparazzi firm that purportedly photographed it. In Part 2, we critically examined that version of events and their photographic evidence. In Part 3 we further examined more of the evidence and what occurred around the time of the incident and as it came to light. In Part 4 we will examine where the key photographic evidence was actually filmed and why FameFlyNet/US Magazine had no clue about this.

Part 4.
A. The hallmark of a good criminal investigation is critically examining the evidence available at the scene of the crime. From the very beginning I have wondered where the “scene”of this crime was and why FameFlyNet and US Magazine have failed to disclose it. If this really happened the way they say, why not do so? The answer is simple. They obviously didn’t care where it was, it was the pictures that they were interested in. But proceed at your own risk when you ignore the crime scene.

But thanks to some great cyber sluthing by Livvy77, who has commented previously on this post, we finally know where one of the two scenes is, the one I’ve called the guardrail makeout scene.

It is roughly at 7267 PACIFIC VIEW DRIVE, Los Angeles, CA.
To see it, go to google maps or google earth, and enter the address, and then go to the street view. (move the orange stick person icon in google to where the address pin is on your map, and once the street comes up adjust the view to look up Pacific View Drive in a NW direction. To your right is the address in question. At the far end of the property near the garage where the “guardrail” begins, find a short picket fence covering the space between the garage and the first guardrail post. At the guardrail note how the horizontals on the picket fence are positioned in relation to the guardrail. Note also that the upright left most picket appears to be at a slight angle to the guardrail post. The right edge of that picket at the top is aligned with the right edge of the top of the guardrail post. The left edge of that picket at the bottom near ground level is nearly aligned with the left edge of the bottom of the guardrail post.

This is the place.For those of you who doubt this is the same place, carefully compare your goggle image to the PopSugar #55 image: same picket, same guardrail, same orientation. This is the place.
And although I think this is conclusive, consider the following:

1. Earlier reports from US mag /FameFlyNet indicated that this event occurred in an area called the Pacific View Trail (not Pacific View Drive), a secluded area where people walk dogs and hike and look at the Hollywood sign and over LA. An early photo inset in US Mag even showed a picture viewing a trail towards the ocean which is obviously wrong. Many, including myself, were thinking a literal trail and were getting nowhere in the process. An early attempt to find it led many to think about the area of Griffin Park along Mulhulland Drive or along the Mt. Lee Highway, as those areas are below the sign and are well known hiking areas with overlooks that might be consistent with the story.

Turns out FameFlyNet/US Magazine misidentified the location. There is actually a street called Pacific View Trail but it is far from the Hollywood sign and an examination of it shows nothing consistent with the purported incident. That’s because the real location is Pacific View Drive which is just a short distance away from Pacific View Trail. But FameFlyNet /US Magazine either didn’t know where it was, didn’t care, or weren’t prepared to tell us where it was even if they knew. More on that later.

2. Note the whispy grass at Rupert and Kristen’s feet in PopSugar #55. It doesn’t appear in the Google earth view in the place where they would have been standing but if you move up the street just past the bush where the guardrail appears to end (it actually goes through the bush) in Google earth, you will find the same kind of grass on same side of the road just to the other side. Remember the google image is somewhat dated.

4. Note also the patchy white wash appearance of the fence in both google image and in the PopSugar photos.

5. In several of the FameFlyNet/US Magazine photos at the guardrail including PopSugar 55 note the odd red coloration sporadically behind them in the green bushes. I was originally having trouble making out what cause that in the FameFlyNet/US Magazine photos. On google earth, however, again pass the bush where they were at and you find a red flowering bush further up the road, which likely explains the red coloring washing through.

6. In the photo of Kristen at her car, PopSugar #8, note at the far left roughly aligned with the roofline of the Mini, a grey colored object within the green which again I was having trouble identifying. See in google earth in the same vicinity, the gray colored bark of a tree to the side of where the car would be.

7. Also compare the general indication of a turnout for her to park the car in which is shown in both versions.

Sorry for the detail here, but when you have looked at as many crime scene photos as I have, you learn to really look. As to differences, obviously the google image is from fixed points of view at a different date & time then when these PopSugar photos were taken so there will be differences (ie the grasses, etc, things that can change). But the three big differences appear to be: the PopSugar photos look way too secluded, the road seems wider, and the guardrail seems curved.

Why is this the case?

1. With careful zooming on a wide angle zoom or zoom lens lens, changing your position, or changing your lens, you can crop out anything you want to and make it appear be more secluded than it actually is. Try it yourself, copy the google image into Microsoft Paint. Crop the image to approximate the views of the PopSugar photos, excluding the foreground and buildings. Suddenly the area seems much more secluded than they actually are which was exactly what the photographer’s intention was. To show the real view would blow the notion of a secluded overlook completely apart.

2. If you shoot with a wide angle lens, lens and barrel distortion can make straight lines compress and bend, thus what we see with the guard rail and the appearance that the road is wider than it is. For more on these camera lens effects, see The Grand Punk Part 2.

B. Be assured, this is the place where it was filmed or profve me wrong. Only problem is US Mag/FameFlynet/People etc. story’s don’t fit this location. Let’s count some more of the ways:

1. You can’t see the Hollywood sign from here and rather than overlooking LA, if you stand at the guard rail you are looking north over Universal City.

2. There really isn’t much a view at all and it can hardly be characterized as a overlook at all. In Google earth, gradually “walk” up the street. As you turn your pointer to the right (north), there are only a couple spots where you can even see parts of Universal City and there is nothing scenic about it. The guard rail is just that, a guard rail in a somewhat hilly residential area, it is not a railing overlooking a scenic view.

3. This is not that secluded an area at all and can better be described as a residential lane. I suppose people could walk their dogs here, but you wouldn’t call it a hiking area or a dog walk or secluded. The only reason it looks secluded at all is that the photographer has “cropped” the photos by probably zooming the lens and even changing lenses.

4. Its kind of the last place in the world that you would of as a great secluded makeout location. Unless of course you were using i as a set to fake it as one.

5. Go to both ends of the street in Google Earth and take a look back at the scene of the crime. There are few areas for a photographer to hide and the pictures suggest that he moves right to left when taking various of the photos. And in PopSugar #55 he is almost adjacent to and at the guardrail. In all cases he is too close to avoid detection. For more details on these issues see Parts 2 &3 of the Grand Punk.

5. And look at the general area. The streets twist and turn with many blind corners. Not a great place to trail a car, or provide cover to a photographer. Especially in the area of the “overlook”. Let alone not avoiding surprised or seen if you are engaging in a tryst.

C. I believe that the reason the FameFlyNet/US Magazine pictures and stories don’t match up with this reality is because of the nature of the celebrity tabloid gossip machine industry. Remember this is not the NY Times which checks sources and confirms tips and has photographers on contract to document stories. This is a business where getting the scoop and selling the magazine with an image is everything, feed by free lance photographers that are working twenty four seven, always looking for an opportunity to make a buck. And everyone was watching Kristen. She knew it and they knew it as is evidenced by all the photos of her that were being taken between the 12th and the 21st and for the rest of the last four years.

If you want to see how relentless and obnoxious these so called “photographers” are, just search the internet. There are plenty of examples and rabid is an understatement. And finally remember how Princess Diana met her demise.

D. What happened when FameFlyNet saw the pictures. Their first concern was how to make the most money. Their second concern was to act quickly before someone could steal their scoop. But if you believe their version, they would have got them the day of the incident on the 17th. And yet it took nearly six days before rumors of them started circulating on the evening of the 23rd in US Magazine’s possession even though FameFlyNet’s owner claimed they marketed them exclusively to US Magazine because they felt they could get the maximum value for them. And for all they knew based on the pictures, Kristen could have been out repeating her behavior and having others watch her or film her.

For all we know, even if they “got” them on the 17th, who says they were even ever taken on that day at all. We know the place but not the day. A free lance photographer could have turned them over to them that day when they were actually or taken them days earlier. Or anyone with them could have turned them including someone working with Robert Pattinson, creating the biggest punk in Hollywood history.

E. Which is exactly what I think happened. Call it a hunch, call a theory. But it makes a hell of a lot more sense than the “lucky” paparazzi, four in total, partial pictures, no video bs we have heard from Fame FlyNet and US Magazine. How this paparazzi got his photos has been the most troubling aspect of this whole thing from the very beginning.

Someone came to US/FameFlyNet with some photos and a bull story that US/FameFlyNet couldn’t resist because of the dollar sighs flashing in their heads. They could care less about checking them out as long as they seemed authentic and they had “a source”. Because for them it was all about the money.

See the following description from their website and tell me what you think and I quote:

“About FameFlynet

FameFlynet is now one of the largest, most powerful photo news agencies in America and around the world, providing its multi-media client database with photos capturing the latest breaking celebrity news stories, the hottest red carpet events, award shows, premieres, and fashion shows.

Our agency fuels its success by maintaining high levels of honor, integrity and reliability in addition to the consistent efficiency and diligence required to service the demands of this time-sensitive industry.”
News agency? High levels of honor and integrity? What time sensitive industry are they talking about?

I’ll let you be the judge of that claim.

But just so that you know, these agencies use stringers all the time and are more than happy to take photographic “evidence” from where ever it comes. If you walked into their office tomorrow with photos of a “scandal” involving a public figure for sale that “appeared” authentic, do you suspect for one moment that they would turn you down?

D. All of this ridiculous back-story would have been meticulously examined but for the “admissions” of wrong doing that were almost immediately forthcoming from the wrongdoers.
Many say “they confessed” so who cares about the rest. Why would they admit it if it weren’t
true.
