Rob and Kristen outside a bar together, at a Halloween party, Rob bringing Kristen coffee to her when she got out of the pool with their dogs in the background. Funny how in all those years together not a one of them together like those. Not one. Then post scandal and right before promos pics appear. After BD promos over, hardly a thing, next to nothing. The Hilarity of so much of this situation is that no one seems to be discussing the fact that the pictures from the ‘incident’ only went public because both Sanders and Stewart declined purchasing them. Also, many fans on all sides claim Pattinson and Stewart are a couple. That has never been confirmed. Stewart did say “My boyfriend is English”, and oddly it was when she was filming or working closely with Sanders on SWATH.

She also said that she loved Rob, and she let him down (yes, I am paraphrasing) but Stewart and Pattinson have never confirmed nor denied a relationship. Everything is actually speculation, just as this article in GC is about as confirm-able as the vague articles in OK!, People or any other tabloid style out there. Also if fans and non fans alike do their research, they will find that Summit Entertainment is financially linked to Gossip Cop which makes vague articles like this very hard to trust.

The only confirm-able fact is that Stewart was photographed in a situation that was inappropriate for a married man to be in with a woman other than his wife. Stewart released a written statement that she hurt Rob and embarrassed him (again paraphrasing). I am sure that any educated individual will agree that you can love someone without being in a romantic relationship with them. I am not defending Stewart but I am saying that the Stewart/Pattinson relationship is all in what the fans choose to believe until it is proven.

No one will really know the truth of any of the relationships until the gag order for the twilight cast is lifted in 2014 (if we even find out then), or Stewart and Pattinson want to get the paps to back off and make an announcement. Without confirmation of their relationship it makes both celebrities worth more to the paps, which keeps them in the public eye, and in turn more marketable (Though one can argue that Stewart is not benefiting from this at all, but by being the ‘other woman’ that is to be expected).

Her fans often want to say that she apologized and people should let it go, it still does not change the fact that she was half of a participant in tryst that broke up a family. What I find to be the most tragic thing is that many of Stewart’s fans continue to trash talk Liberty Ross. What Sanders and Stewart chose to do was completely their decision. Ross should in no way be blamed for any of their transgressions, doing so only shows the lunacy of some fans. The basic understanding of a relationship should leave any reasonable person to see that Ross should be treated with respect and understanding, and individuals should keep in mind that her husband very publicly cheated on her; also Stewart’s fans need to treat Liberty the way they would want Stewart to be treated if the roles were reversed. Oddly, in my experience, many of Stewart’s fans find her infallible and choose to exonerate her transgressions by attacking Ross. Those are the people that should be truly ashamed of their behavior.

No, Rob could get cast in studio films. It wouldn’t serve his purpose. He is doing just what he needs to do at this point. He’s very wealthy and famous, a pop culture phenomenon but not critically respected. He wants respect, power, longevity in his career. That means he has to turn in some well regarded performances. Indies are a much better vehicle for this than studio films. Ryan Gosling did this after The Notebook and it worked well for him.

There are too many parents in the world for you to ever be able to write that statement as truth. I’m a huge fan of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson’s. I don’t have a problem with Keri writing her letter to Kristen or Robert at all, because her letter wasn’t in the least bit threatening. My only problem with her letter, is the way she spoke as if she knew without a doubt that Kristen cheated on Robert and that she engaged in a sexual relationship with Rupert Sanders. I would have preferred her to write her comment in a way that wasn’t so absolute. I also didn’t appreciate some of the terms she used in describing Kristen, as name calling is never okay. Other than that, I failed to see a problem with her stating her opinion. The rules of this board do not state, “only for those who love Kristen Stewart.”

I’m with you Nena, in a lot of ways, except the ‘she did nothing wrong’ comment. I believe she did do something wrong, but who amongst us hasn’t, or won’t. It’s not up to anyone but those involved to deal with, I believe she apologised, I believe that Rob & kristen have a relationship that no one is privy to, I believe he loves her so much that he was willing to give her a second chance. At the end of the day, it matters not what I believe, it’s their personal life. I don’t condone betrayal, but I don’t condone hate & bullying either. If my closest friend came to me & confessed to betrayal, I wouldn’t approve, I’d urge her to do the right thing, but I wouldn’t ‘throw her to the wolves’-tell everyone & vilify her. Her responsibility ended with the apology she issued for having engaged in an inappropriate relationship with him. I can read a person wrote an open letter to Kristen… I thought I saw all in this fandom but this step show me I was wrong.

I can understand that we don´t like an actor for some reason but such strong feelings felt a hatred for a fact related to the personal life of someone seems overwhelming and pathetic and more knowing that we know nothing about them, we just know a minimum percentage they let us in interviews and for the false image that magazines give us of them.

On The Road probably won’t help there. Though the film itself has had..um…equivocal reviews, Kristen herself has had nothing but praise. The problem, of course, is that she’s playing a sexpot, which ties right in with the “scandal”. Her next role should probably be very prim and high-minded–Madam Curie or Clara Barton or Florence Nightingale, or Mary Baker Eddie ( that’s a thought–and it’s never been done).

Actually, I have just the role. She should play Fanny Kemble, a beautiful British actress of the 1800′s who married a Georgia plantation owner and went to live in the South. She was horrified by slavery and began to write abolitionist pieces for newpapers. Of course, that didn’t go over well at home and, by the laws of the time, she was her husband’s property, almost a slave herself, and so were her children. How she escaped and survived is a great story.

Or how about Rob playing Joseph Smith, surely the most charismatic con man and womanizer who ever lived (37 wives) and Kristen playing his first wife Emma. I kid. That would be diplomatic disaster–a total career-killer. But it’s a shame it will never be filmed. Fabulous story, full of drama, violence and danger (he eventually was killed by a mob), and who but Rob would have the charm and force to play The Prophet.
