As Gossip Cop reported, the actress’s upcoming films’s Certain Women, Personal Shopper and Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk are all included in the festival’s 2016 lineup. Stewart attended the Certain Women premiere at the NYFF on Monday night, where she walked the red carpet and participated in a panel alongside co-stars Michelle Williams and Laura Dern.
The festival’s “An Evening With…” section recognizes actors and actresses who have made significant artistic contributions to film, with this year’s other honoree being Adam Driver. Past participants in the series have included Nicole Kidman, Kate Winslet, Cate Blanchett, Ethan Hawke, Richard Gere, Ralph Fiennes and many more.
Stewart will be spending plenty of more time at the 54th annual New York Film Festival until it wraps up on October 16. The actress will be on hand for the U.S. premiere of Personal Shopper on October 7, as well as the world premiere of Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk on October 14.
