“Twilight” fans have been in a tizzy since Splash News reported on its website this afternoon that Kristen Stewart was with former boyfriend Michael Angarano in Vancouver over the weekend. Says Splash’s “source,” Angarano “flew up there and the two were seen together.”
Ohhhhh-kay.
Right now there are no photos. There are no details. No one has placed Stewart with Angarano at any specific locations. No one has confirmed seeing them, period.
Angarano, however, WAS spotted this weekend by photographer Matt Sloan, who Tweeted about meeting Stewart’s former flame — in Los Angeles.
Now it’s possible, of course, that Angarano could have flown up to Vancouver earlier in the weekend. But Gossip Cop has spoken with reps for both Stewart and Angarano. We have asked sources in the field. We have scoured for independent confirmation. And we can find no evidence to support Splash’s sighting.
As of now Gossip Cop thinks Splash’s “Twilight Insider” is out of the loop.

It just feels like every guy out there is fighting for this beautiful girl. If she is single which she totally acts like she is I don’t think she will be for long. And no I don’t want to hear who she should be with.

When I first saw this I thought Splash might be using it to goad Rob and Kristen into coming out onto the streets of Vancouver, so their photogs had some chance to snap a pic.
She’s only 19. She should be enjoying herself. She’s talented and appears to have a long career ahead of her. People should give her a break. Maybe she had an early shoot, Maybe her family went to Vancouver to see her, maybe she had a business meeting, maybe she just decided to rest for the weekend! Maybe she just didn’t feel like going out. These actors are human beings just like the rest of us, except for the fame!
