On Christmas eve I went to Kristen Stewart’s house who is, in case you live on another planet, the star of the movie Twilight. I know her brother Cameron and he invited a friend & me over for dinner. We were greeted at the door by 2 huge and gorgeous wolves. Yes real pure bred animal wolves. They were both about twice the size I am but very sweet with such luxuriously puffy fur.
You can tell immediately on entering the house that it’s a home full of artists…Paintings and art everywhere. The art on the walls is mostly done by her mother who’s, not only as beautiful as her daughter, but an incredibly talented artist and highly regarded script supervisor. She also happens to have a full tattoo sleeve on one arm and has turned her backyard into Alice In Wonderland complete with giant tea cups. They’re also all into restoring and owning classic cars and hot rods. She’s the coolest mom ever. I wish she’d adopt me!
Kristen seemed like a nice and bright girl. I didn’t know she was the little girl who played Jody Fosters daughter in Panic Room. She just agreed to play Joan Jett in a movie about her life called “Runaways”. Joan sent her a guitar for a Christmas present.
It was a really nice evening. I loved hearing about the stories & antics that went on on the sets of various movies they worked on. I ate way too much candy and the best apple pie in the entire universe! Next I’ll be going to visit the set of a movie , in Philly , they’re making starring Christian Slater as a homeless man. That should be a good post!
